1st September 2024 Service Changes
All areas
We're making some improvements to our bus network on 1st September 2024. These changes include extra journeys, extended routes and some restored services across our network.
Check the drop-down boxes below for more information on the services that are changing, complete with downloadable timetables.
Revised timetable: The service 111 timetable will be revised from 01 September 2024 to aid punctuality.
Additional trips: Additional evening trips departing Llanelli at 18:40 and 19:10 (Mon-Sat) and 18:40 (Sun) will be introduced from 01 September 2024. Please note that these additional trips will operate to Gorseinon Bus Station only.

The following Carmarthenshire services will remain unchanged and operate to their current timetables from 01 September 2024: 103, 124, 126, 127, 128, 129, 145, 146, 165, 166, 195, 197, 322, L1, L2, L4, L5, L6, L7, X13A.
Revised timetable: The service 2A timetable will be revised from 01 September 2024 to aid punctuality.
Revised route: Trips from Langland Corner will operate to Newton before serving Thistleboon, this means that the service 2A will expand to serve Newton from 01 September 2024.

Revised timetable: The service 3A timetable will be revised from 01 September 2024 to aid punctuality on Sundays and public holidays.

Revised timetable: The service 4A timetable will be revised from 01 September 2024 to aid punctuality on Sundays and public holidays.
Revised route: Trips will no longer operate via the Civic Centre in either direction and Parc Gwernfadog will be only served by trips heading toward Swansea.

Revised route: The 14:30 trip from Swansea toward Pennard on school days will no longer operate via St Helen's Crescent and will instead follow the same route as all other trips and operate via Oystermouth Road from 01 September 2024.

Removedf trips: 07:45 and 14:45 Swansea to Frederick Place and 15:12 Frederick Place to Swansea will be replaced by a service 31 to and from Birchgrove on school days from 01 September 2024.

Additional trips: Additional evening trips departing Bridgend at 18:30, 19:50, 20:55 and 22:05 (Mon-Sat) will be introduced from 01 September 2024. Please note that these additional trips will operate to Port Talbot Bus Station only.
Revised route: All trips will operate via Westlands as opposed to the A4241 in both directions from 01 September 2024.

Revised timetable: The service X6 timetable will be revised from 01 September 2024 to aid punctuality. The 06:20 and 07:20 trips departing Ystradgynlais will also start 5 minutes earlier at 06:15 and 07:15.
Revised route: Day time Monday to Saturday trips will no longer operate via Plasmarl from 01 September 2024. Customers are advised to instead catch the frequent service 4 and change service in Morriston for travel to the Swansea Valley.
