November 2024 Service Changes

Revised route: Trips will terminate at the new Porthcawl Metrolink instead of John Street, although John Street will still be served by the Porthcawl bound journey, on route to the Porthcawl Metrolink. Return trips toward Bridgend will operate via the Esplanade and Porthcawl Library before resuming the current route via Fenton Place.

Revised timetable: Amended timetable to improve punctuality and reduce wait times at certain bus stops.

Revised timetable: The first trip towards Swansea will commence from Margam Village at 07:06 instead of the current start point at Twelve Knights.

Revised route: Trips will terminate at the new Porthcawl Metrolink instead of John Street. Return trips towards Bridgend and Cardiff will operate via the Esplanade, Porthcawl Library and Lias Road. John Street will no longer be served by the X2, customers are instead advised to use the service 63. The last two trips (Mon-Sat) will terminate at Lias Road as the Metrolink will be closed at this time.
