From Monday 1st August 2022, we will be expanding our bus network across Essex as a result of being awarded several new routes under contract to Essex County Council.

We will be running the following routes, listed below by area:

North Essex:

Route 4 between Stanway Sainsburys and Hythe Tesco – Monday to Friday off-peak

The junction of Midland Way and Rock Street in Thornbury will be closed to service T1 between 19:00 and 02:00 on Monday 25th July for further carriageway works.

Service T1 heading towards Thornbury will operate as normal to the traffic lights by Berkeley Vale Motors but instead of turning left will continue along the A38, then Grovesend Road, Streamleaze to resume normal route at Rock Street.

Coronation Drive , Grange Road, Felixstowe has been closed until Wednesday 3rd August 2022 for Gas Works. 

Dumbarton Road Bowling Closure.

To allow for resurfacing on Monday 18th July until Sunday 7th August

 Dumbarton Road Bowling will close.

Please Note: Due to resurfacing there will be diversions between 19:00 - 00:00.

Diversion route:
via St Helen’s Road, Thanet Road, Foxwood Lane, Bellhouse Way, Acomb Wood Way, Alnes Drive, Moor Lane, Woodthorpe Loop, then back reverse.

Stops not served:
Cherry Lane, The Horseshoe, Middlethorpe, Tesco Askham Bar

Cromer Road, Ormesby St Margaret will be closed from West Road to North Road between 1000hrs & 2200hrs Saturday 30th July 2022 for the Ormesby St Margaret Fete.

Services 21 & 267

Glasgow Road Closure.

To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 25th July 09:00hrs until Sunday 31st July 18:00hrs Glasgow Road Northbound at Shawfield northbound will be closed.

Burnhill Street Closure.

To allow for resurfacing, on Tuesday 19th July 09:00hrs until Thursday 21st July 18:00hrs Burnhill Street will close.

Service 7 will operate Mill Street, Kings Park Avenue & Aikenhead Road.
