Due to Anglian Water works taking place on the junction of Church Street & Queens Road, we will not be able to serve Queens Square on Thursday 19th June after 19:00.

Service 13 will operate normal route around Attleborough, but at the end of Cyprus Road will operate via Queens Road & the A11, coming off at Spooner Row to resume normal route.

Due to surface dressing work taking place along Ketts Hill on Sunday 22nd June, the road will be closed from 08:00 until midnight.

Service 23/23A will operate via Riverside Road & Gurney Road, and will consequently not serve the Heartsease roundabout in either direction.

Service 24/24B will operate via Thorpe Road & Harvey Lane, providing some coverage to Heartsease roundabout during this closure.

We will not be able to serve the following stops during this closure:

Due to surface dressing work on Sunday 22nd June, Dereham Road will be closed between the Gatehouse/Ring Road roundabout & Waterworks Road between 07:00 & 16:00.

During this time, services 23/23A will operate via Bowthorpe Road, Guardian Road (Ring Road) to then resume normal route.

We will not be able to serve the following stops:

• Norwich, Holly Drive
• Norwich, Winchcomb Road

Due to surface dressing works taking place on Lynn Road, Wisbech after 19:00 on Friday 20th June, excel services will be on diversion via the A47 & A1101 to access Wisbech.

Services will not be able to call at the following stops:

• Wisbech, Clarkson Court
• Wisbech, Park Avenue

Any affected passengers are advised to join the service from Wisbech Horsefair Bus Station.

Edinburgh Road Closure

Police incident has closed the A47 between East Winch and Narborough.

As a consequence of this Excel A, B, C services are unable to serve Middleton and East Winch.

Services are diverting via Gayton.

X11 Service - Until further notice

Bond Street remains closed due to unannounced Yorkshire Water works.

Services diverted via Stripe Road, Clay Flat Lane & Gattison Lane in both directions.

Wymondham Cross has re-opened, services returning to normal

The Wymondham Cross stop (outside Co-op) is currently blocked due to an ongoing police operation.

Services 13,14,15,16 are using The Avenues/Fairland as an alternative (14 passing the side of Morrisons to face the right way).

UPDATE: Services have resumed to a normal line of route.

Due to multi way traffic lights at the junction of Legrams Lane and Shearbridge Road causing delays to 636 and 637 service of up to 30minutes. We will be diverting until further notice as below:
