Pollokshaws Road

To allow for SP works on Monday 1st May until Friday 2nd June Pollokshaws Road will close.

Service 126 will be unable to serve Axbridge in either direction until Monday 26th September due to the assembly and dismantling for a carnival event.

Service 126 will divert via the dual carriageway in both direction serving the bus stops on the diversion route,

Please note this is in addition to the current closure of Cross Lane.

Loirston Road will be closed from Cove Road to Coast Road from 04:00 on 23 September until 17:00 on 11 October

From Langdykes Road:
• right onto Loirston Road
• right onto Loirston Avenue
• left onto Earns Heugh Road
• left onto Cove Road
• right into Cove Crescent 
• right onto Cove Road
• left onto Earns Heugh Road
• resume normal route

Temporary stop closures at:
Dodwell Lane, both sides of the road.

Tuesday 20th September until Friday 23rd of September

between 0930 - 1500 each day

Passengers are advised to use alternative stops for the duration of these works.

Nearest alternative stops are located at either:

Redcroft Lane in Lowford or Bursledon Station.

On Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th September at 18:45 > 21:00hrs, the 'Dusk Til Dark' Parade will take place in Weymouth Town Centre.

This will mildly affect the arrival / departure times of services: 1, 2, 4, 10 & X53.

Services 1 & X53 inbound:

Due to road works taking place on Thoby Lane, Mountnessing (scheduled 20 Sep - 6 Oct 2022), we are expecting delays to the 620 service for both pick-ups and drop-offs (am and pm) due to a lengthily diversion.

The 620 service will divert via Wyatt's Green Road, Mountnessing Road, Blackmore Road, Highwood Road, Greenbury Way (A414), Three Mile Hill, A12 to Mountnessing turn-off and return to normal line of service. This diversion is in place in both directions.

Please anticipate delays of approximately 20 minutes due to the length of the diversion.

Westburn Road will be closed between Mount Street and Cornhill Road from 26 September for approximately 2 weeks.

Service 8 heading to ARI
From Skene Square:
• to the lights at Caroline Place
• continue along Berryden Road
• left into Ashgrove Road 
• left at lights onto Westburn Drive
• right into Cornhill Road
• resume normal route

Due to development that is underway at Cardiff Bus Station we will not be able to operate the X2 service via the Central Station JM bus stop on Penarth Road or the Canal Street bus stop.

Customers are advised to walk to the nearby Custom House Street (JG) bus stop.
