Timetable changes to services in Portsmouth - 16 October 2022
From Sunday 16 October 2022, there will be timetable changes to the following services. Click on the links to view and download the new timetables.

The Star 7: Morning and afternoon peak journeys have been amended on the Monday to Friday timetables. There are no changes to the weekend timetable. |
The A367 Wells Road between Upper Oldfield Park and Churchill Bridge heading towards Bath only will be closed overnight to services 4b, 172, 173, 174 and D2 between 22:00 and 06:00 on Thursday 16th February (one night) to facilitate carriageway works.
Services will be diverted and the only bus stop that will not be served is St Marys Buildings and passengers are advised to board or alight at Hayesfield Park on the Wells Road.
Services from Bath can operate normal route.

Commenting on the changes, Rob Hughes, Operations Director for First South Yorkshire said,
“Changing passenger behaviours mean that we’ve seen a downturn in passenger demand post-pandemic.
UPDATE 14:00 Tuesday 27th September.
The overnight closure scheduled for tonight (Tuesday 27th September) on Ebdon Road will no longer be required as the works have been completed early, therefore the service 7 will be operating as normal.

Due to lane restrictions on Cumberland Basin to and from Bristol there are long delays to all North Somerset services and services in the surrounding areas with some operating up to one hour late.
This is likely to be for the next three to four weeks until the works have been completed.
Please allow extra time to make your journey.

Gartferry Road
To allow for resurfacing works, on Thursday 22nd September until Monday 26th September Gartferry Road will close.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:
Gallowgate Westbound
To allow for resurfacing works on Thursday 22nd September 07:00hrs until Friday 23rd September 18:00hrs Gallowgate at Springfield Road westbound will close.
