Works are due to take place until 20/10/2023, and so Wickford railway stops are suspended until the works are completed. The X10, 625, 13, 13A and 14 will not be serviced at these stops while the works are taking place.

07:15 - Stanway to Highwoods - journey CANCELLED.
Journey to resume at 08:18 - Highwoods to Stanway.
Traffic levels have returned to usual levels - the 100 service has resumed normal line of route.
To maintain punctuality - the 100 service is terminating at Grays Bus Station until further notice. This is due to heavy traffic in and around the South Essex area caused by traffic diverting away from obstructions on the A13 and M25.
Customers wishing to board/alight on London Road, Grays or continue onto Lakeside are advised to use Ensign Bus services - 22 or 83.
Obstructions on Hythe Hill due to roadworks taking place - the works are scheduled to finish by end of day 30/06/2025.
Service 54 is diverting in both directions via the A134 and Hythe Station Road. The following bus stops will not be served in both directions: Maudlyn Road
The 15:35 from Lakeside to Basildon has been diverted away from the roadworks on London Road.
Towards Colchester North Station will be terminating at Head Street 16:33.
Leaving North Station at 16:48 will be restarting at High Street.

The X20 service will be re-routed, between Great Dunmow and Stansted Airport, via the B1256, Little Canfield and Takely.
The maximum single fare remains at £3 until the end of 2025 (funded by HM Government). This offers great value for journeys from Colchester, Braintree and Great Dunmow to Stansted Airport. For customers travelling between Takeley and Stansted Airport - a maximum £2 single fare will apply. |
