To allow for planting as part of the St Stephens Street scheme this road will be subject to one way operation and associated stand suspensions as detailed below.

Monday 9th / Tuesday 10th / Wednesday 11th January 2023

The road will be closed to all traffic coming from St Stephens Street roundabout towards Red Lion Street, stands BA BB BC BD BE BF will as a result be suspended. All journeys affected should instead operate via Queens Road and through the bus station, exiting by turning left into Surrey Street and resuming usual route towards Red Lion Street.

Journeys travelling from the Red Lion Street end towards the roundabout are unaffected and will serve stops in St Stephens Street.

Thursday 12th / Friday 13th / Saturday 14th / Sunday 15th January 2023

The road will be closed to traffic travelling from Red Lion Street end towards the roundabout, stands BN BQ BP BR BS BT will as a result be suspended. All journeys in this direction should operate via Surrey Street and exit the bus station at the Queens Street lights.

Charcoal Line services – these will operate to and from Stand M in the bus station on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as during the previous closure.

907 and UTC services – these should operate from Stand D or E in the bus station (Coastlink stands) on the Thursday, Friday.

Journeys from the roundabout towards Red Lion Street are unaffected and will serve stops in St Stephens Street.
