To allow for remedial works to be undertaken to the roof of Norwich Bus Station, all bus stands under the canopy will be closed to passengers and vehicles on Sunday 26th November 2023. Revised routing to enforce a one-way traffic flow will also mean that our services may take slightly different routes into and from the bus station.
Once in the bus station our services will operate from different stands than usual to ensure the safety of our passengers and workmen.
excel services A B C D will operate to and from stand R
Coastlink services X1, X11, X2, X21, X22 and service 7 will operate from Stand Q
Both of these stands are on the far side of the bus station outside the YMCA building/student residences.
Access to these stands will be via crossing points and it may take a little longer than usual to get to your stop.
We apologise to all customers for any inconvenience caused during these works.
