Service Disruptions | 27/11/2025

Due to operational issues the following services did/will not run:

U1

The 14:35 and 15:35 service U1 from Falmouth to Penryn Campus

The 15:00 and 16:01 service U1 from Penryn Campus to Falmouth

The 08:33, 09:35 and 10:32 from Falmouth to Penryn Campus

The 09:00 and 10:00 from Penryn Campus to Falmouth

The 16:49 from Falmouth to Truro was cancelled due to late running caused by traffic congestion.

Due to Buxton road being closed for BT works at Phoenix Avenue, the 13 Spixworth route will be on diversion up North Walsham Road to Crostwick Lane. There will no service between White Woman Lane and Park Road. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Service 28, 28A | Minehead Christmas Market Closure

Friday 28th November - 13:30 - Midnight

Due to the Minehead Christmas Market, the 28 and 28A service will be diverted via Seaward Avenue in both directions.

Buses will not be able to serve Minehead Town during the closure. Butlins stop will not be effected.

The transformation of the Cherrydown Way depot marks a major milestone in Essex’s journey towards cleaner, greener public transport. All 55 new zero tailpipe emission buses are now in service across Basildon and South Essex, delivering quieter journeys, improved air quality, and a better experience for customers.

Due to operational issues, the following Ra1 services will not be running today

• 1349 cemetery junction to Heathrow
• 1358 Winnersh Triangle to Heathrow

Service 642 can now operate its normal route

Due to a broken down vehicle on Pollard Lane, currenly blocking the road

Service 642 to divert as below, until further notice, we have a  642 currently stuck which will lead to cancellations and possible delays to this service

Helston Christmas Lights switch on will be taking place on Friday the 28th of November between the hours of 15:40 and 22:00.

TOWARDS FALMOUTH

*UPDATED 28/11/2025* - The diversion routes have been added for the 42A, 570, X10 and X30 services.

Gt Dunmow Christmas Market & Late Night Shopping returns on Friday 28th November 2025. 

High Street, Great Dunmow will be closed from 14:00hrs to 21:00hrs for the duration of the event.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 42A, X10, X20, X30 and 570 services will be placed on diversion:

42A / X10 / X20 / X30

Urquart Road One–way 08:00 – 23:30 1st Dec. The diversion information are listed below:

Service 3 will not serve Hyde Hall bus stops (located on Buckhatch Lane, Rettendon) from 01/12/2025 to 02/03/2026.

This is a seasonal bus stop suspension. Buckhatch Lane is frequently icy and not gritted throughout the winter season - the road is therefore deemed too hazardous for a PCV to navigate.

We will resume service at Hyde Hall bus stops from 02/03/2026 - or earlier, warmer weather permitting.

Service 3 will continue to operate as normal in both directions via East Hanningfield Road/Main Road.
