Changes to Bus Stop Arrangements at Uxbridge Station

Due to ongoing capacity restrictions at Uxbridge Bus Station, we have made interim changes to where some services will stop. These updates affect routes M40, X74, and Route 3.

As of 3rd March 2026:

At Uxbridge Station

Due to a Road blockage we are currently sending 11s & 101s via the Avenue and along the A34 into Newcastle Bus Station.

Due to Fosse road closing the following diversion will be in place-

St margrates bus station > Vaughan way > st nicholas circle > King Richards Rd (R) Glenfield road east (R) Fosse road north (L) Henley road. Outbound only, Inbound normal.

Due to an incident on Motherwell Road, Bellshill the following diversion will be in place-

Towards BBS: Normal Route Motherwell Road, Bankhead Road, Community Road,  Liberty Road, Right Orbiston Road, Right Hamilton Road, continue Hamilton Road then normal Route.

201 towards Hairmyres: Normal Route Babylon Road, Liberty Road,  Orbiston Road,  Hamilton Road, Crossgates then Normal Route

Start time- 16:35 pm

Road is now open, back to normal route.

Warminster Road has been entirely closed by unannounced road works. (until further notice)

20 Service diverted via Norton Lees Road, Norton Lees Lane & Derbyshire Lane in both directions.

721 & 723 Services diverted via Lees Hall Road, Thorpe House Avenue, Hollythorpe Rise, Norton Lees Lane & Derbyshire Lane in both directions.

Due to delays in Luddenden Foot the following services will be experiencing delays-

590/591/592 effecting services to Halifax Burnley and Rochdale

Due to disruption on Morris Lane, Kirkstall Lane Traffic Lights the following services will be experiencing delays-

Due to delays on the A38 service 22/22A/X22 is experiencing delays.

These works have finished earlier than planned. Normal line of route has been put back in place.

 SERVICE 13

Due to the closure of Giles road, Spixworth from Monday  09/03/26 to Sunday 15/03/26 we will be unable to serve Aurthurton Rd and Giles Rd

Servise 13 will continue on Buxton Rd turning right into Park Rd to continue route. 

Same diversion back.
