The A12 is closed (London Bound) between Howe Green Interchange and Galleywood. There is substantial traffic congestion in and around the area.

To retain route punctuality - the 300 will terminate / recommence journeys at Retail Market, Chelmsford until further notice.

Due to an incident outside the Rail Station the road has been closed.

The road has now reopened.

Blackberry Road, Colchester is closed for roadworks from 28/03/2026 to 12/04/2026.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 52 service will be placed on diversion:

Towards Tollgate: Normal line of route. All bus stops served.

Towards Highwoods: The 52 service will divert via London Road, Villa Road, Chapel Road, Wheatfield Road and Winstree Road.

The following bus stops will not be served: 

• *Update added 30/03/2026* The works permit has been extended and will no longer expire 02/04/2026. The works permit is now valid from 30/03/2026 to 24/04/2026. However, the overnight road closures will be enforced for two (non-consecutive) nights only.

Hatfield Road, Witham is closed for overnight roadworks on:

98 Donovan Road

Donovan Road has been closed for Roadworks Services to divert in both directions via Southey Green Road and Wordsworth Avenue.

Services 72 & X6 A58(M) Leeds Inner Ring Road - Road closure

Closure due to cleaning works of the tunnel walls. The works are to take place from Monday 23rd March 2026 to Wednesday 25th March 2026 and Thursday 26th March 2026 to Friday 27th March 2026. The closure will be in place between 19:00 and 05:00 hrs on each day. The closure will be in place between 23:00 and 05:00 on Tuesday 24th March.

Due to operational issues, the following services are disrupted/cancelled. 

28 service

28 services are running up to 40 minutes late due to road works at Crosskeys and Dunster.

1420 28 service from Taunton to Minehead is not running from Greenway Road. This service will be cancelled to Minehead.

Service 1

09:00 1 service to Ladymead Road.

10am 1 service to Ladymead Road.

11am 1 service to Ladymead Road.

12:00 1 service to Ladymead Road.

First Bus has announced that due to industrial action in Doncaster it will operate a limited service on Saturday 28 March and Monday 30 March.

Customers are advised to check if a service is operating and any change to the frequency of trips.

First Bus will now take over full running of the X25 and X25A Cumbernauld-Glasgow express services from Sunday 29 March.

This is a week earlier than originally planned, restores a complete service for customers and provides reassurance that there will be no interruption as the route ceases to be operated by Stagecoach.
