Due to roadworks taking place between 22nd August to 4th September a section of St. Margaret's Cross road will be subject to closure.

Service 81/81A will divert as follows:

Towards Dedham - divert via Park Lane, Wick Road, Birchwood Road and then return to normal line of route.

Towards Colchester - divert after the A12 via Wick Road, Park Lane, Langham Lane and then return to normal line of route.

Timetable changes to services in Portsmouth- 4 September 2022

From Sunday 4 September 2022, there will be timetable changes to the following services. Click on the links to view and download the new timetables.

On the 17 August 2022 Southern water were called to Windermere Avenue near to the stops at Ullsewater Road to fix a manhole cover. The road will have traffic lights for up to one week and these two bus stops will be closed for the duration. Please use an alternative stop. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during these works.

Churchill Bridge (part), A36 in Bath will be closed overnight to services 4b,172, 174 & D2 between 19:00 and 06:00 on Sunday 21st August and every Sunday night thereafter up to and including Sunday 9th October for further works being carried out by Networks Rail. 

Please note no bus stops will be missed during these closures but services may suffer minor delays.

Kingston Street

To allow for works on Saturday 20th August Kingston Street will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 9, 9A & 10 towards Oswald Street

First Essex operates the Service 13/13A/13B bus service which travels between Wickford and Chelmsford; a convenient route for students travelling to and from school in Chelmsford.

The service operates, at school opening and closure times, Monday to Friday. The current 13/13A/13B timetable can be found here

Stoke Lane in Patchway will be closed overnight to services 19 & Y6 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Monday 26th September through to Wednesday 12th October (excluding weekends).

Service 19 heading towards Cribbs Causeway will operate as normal to Gipsy Patch Lane but instead of turning right into Little Stoke Lane will divert along Gipsy Patch Lane to resume normal route at Hayes Way.

Service 19 heading towards Bath will operate the reverse of the above.
