St George's Day - Scout Parade - Head Street, Colchester

Sunday 23rd April 2023 between the hours of 13:00 - 14:00

Traffic will be held for 5 minutes, by rolling road closures, whilst the Scouts parade through the city centre.

From Tuesday the 18th of April to Thursday the 20th of April, 18:00 to 07:00 the A361 will be closed at Burrowbridge. due to National Grid Works.

This will affect service 29.

At the Faulds Gate roundabout bus will terminate at the bus shelter on the
left before the roundabout then:
• 1st exit onto Cairngorm Road
• left onto Provost Watt Drive then sharp right onto Arbroath Way
• right onto Tollohill Square
• right onto Cairngorm Drive
• 3rd exit at roundabout onto Faulds Gate and resume normal route

Service 17,17A heading to Newhills/Dyce

From Monday 18th April 2023, the 82 & 83 services will no longer stop at St John's Street (stop Cb).

Services 82 & 83 will continue to serve:

• Crouch Street (stop Db)
• Osborne Street (stop Aa)

Essex County Council has made the decision to remove this stop from the 82 & 83 routes to maintain the level of service.

Emergency Closure Holmbush Road, St Austell

From Wednesday the 12th of April to Tuesday the 18th of April, 18:30 to 07:00, there will be an emergency closure in Holmbush Road, St Austell by South West Waters to repair a leaking water main.

This will affect the 18:35 service 24 from Fowey to St Austell and 18:05 Heligan to Par.

To allow for works, on Wednesday 9th & 10th August between 20:00hrs overnight until 06:00hrs Waterloo Street and the surrounding on slips will close.

During the closure the following diversion will be in operation:

Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) Displays – Notice of Incident.

There is currently an issue with providing communications to the
Realtime Passenger Information displays at: Fareham and Gosport Bus Stations.
This means that the RTPI displays are currently offline.
This has been identified and Hampshire County Council are working on implementing a alternative solution.

The two bus stops at Ham Lane in Gosport will be closed 26th to 28th April between 9.30am and 3.30pm. Temporary stops will be supplied by the contractor nearby. Please signal clearly your intention to travel. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during these works.
