Brook Road, Great Tey will be closed, between 09:30 and 14:30, Monday 17th April to Wednesday 19th April 2023.

Service 82 will be permitted through the road closure.

However, please note. there may be slight delays to service as the bus will be required to wait for an operative to escort them through the closure.

Grindley Road will be closed on the following dates 4th, 5th, 28th April & 2nd May. Due to no suitable diversion, service 6A will terminate at Meir Park, Tesco.

Shrub End Road, Colchester will be closed between the hours of 20:00 until 06:00 on:

• Friday 14th April 2023
• Monday 17th April - Friday 21 April 2023

Service 75 (towards city centre) will divert after Colchester Zoo via Cunobelin Way, Gosbecks Road, Layer Road (B1026), Boadicea Way and back onto Shrub End Road - returning to normal line of route.

The following bus stops will not be served for the duration of the roadworks:

Shrub End Road, Colchester will be closed between the hours of 20:00 until 06:00 on:

Due to road resurfacing taking place on Drury Road / Layer Road (B1026) will be closed (between the hours of 19:30 - 05:30) Wednesday 5th April - Wednesday 12th April 2023.

Services S6 - S7 (towards Shrub End & St Michaels) will follow Service 1A's route along Maldon Road (B1022) and Shrub End Road; diverting via Boadicea Way and onto Layer Road (B1026) south-bound - return to normal line of route.

Marfitt Street/Gipsy Lane is due to close over night from 8pm on Monday 17 April until 6am on Tuesday 18 April.  During the closure service 4 will need to divert Melton Road & Troon Way in both directions.

Evington Road is due to close outbound from Tuesday 11 April until Saturday 15 April, during this time services 22 & 54 will need to divert via London Road, Mayfield Road & Beckingham Road. 

Please note that bus stops along Evington Road will not be served. 

Inbound journeys on the 22 & 54 will operate as normal.

We're delighted to confirm that we've been able to make adjustments to our service 15, ensuring that journeys to/from Hazlehead Academy continue after the cessation of service 52; new timetable will come into operation on 17th April.

Our adjusted Service 15S will ensure pupils will still be able to travel to/from the schools from that date. A revised timetable for service 15 incorporating the new school journeys will be released shortly.
