[UPDATED 21/11/2025] The 27/10/2025 to 21/11/2025 road closure on Rectory Hill, Wivenhoe has been extended. The permit's end date is now 28/11/2025 23:59.

Rectory Hill, Wivenhoe is closed from 27/10/2025 - 28/11/2025.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 87 service will divert in both directions via the B1027 and Station Road. 

The 87 service will be unable to serve Wivenhoe until works have been completed*

Service 5 | Clarendon Way | Road Closure

Clarendon Way is closed 24/7 from 13:00 today until the 1st of December 2025. Service 5 will divert as follows:

5 towards City Centre: Diverting via the 5A route.

Due to a non departmental road traffic collision on Carntyne Road, services are diverting as follows:

41 towards Easterhouse: Normal route to Carntyne Square, Circle the roundabout, Carntyne Road,Ruchazie Road, Edinburgh Road, normal route.

Service X51, X53 | Pound Street, Broad Street | Christmas Lights Switch On

Service 1 | Lyngford Road | Disruption

Due to several cars double parking at the end of Lyngford Road, the number 1 will not be using Lynford Road, it will divert via Eastwick Road.

Service 355, 356 | Radburn Road | Closure

Due to the closure of Radburn Road, services will use Central Drive between Grange Lane and Gattison Lane in both directions until further notice.

On Monday 17th November from 08:00 till 18:00, Bowhill Grove will be closed during this time, services are diverting as follows:

Outbound (38): Upon reaching New Romney Cresent, Scraptoft Lane, Station Lane, Thurncourt Road, Dakyn Road back to normal route.

Inbound (38A): Upon reaching Thurncourt Road, Station Lane, Scraptoft Lane, New Romney Cresent, back to normal route.

To allow for emergency Scottish Power works on Monday 17th November Battlefield Road will be closed from 09:00 until works are completed.
