X8 & 500 - Several road closures

To allow for Filming in City Centre on Tuesday 19th November 18:00 until Thursday 21st November 08:00 several streets will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Services M3, 6, 6A, 7, 7A, 60, 60A, 61, 75. Diversion from Tuesday the 19th the November 18:00 until Wednesday the 20th of November 08:00 only.

Service M3: Normal Cambridge Street diversion route to Bath Street then Renfield Street, West Regent Street, West Nile Street, Cowcaddens Road back onto the normal route.

Services 6, 6A, 7, 7A, 60, 60A, 61, 75: (heading towards Cowcaddens) Divert via Hope Street, West Regent Street, West Nile Street and Cowcaddens Road onto the normal route.

Services 3, 4, 4A, 18, 77. Diversion is from Tuesday the 19th of November 18:00 until Thursday the 21st of November 08:00.

Services 3, 4, 4A: (towards City) Normal route to Hope Street at St Vincent Street left St Vincent Street, right Douglas Street, left Bath Street normal route.

Service 18: (towards Douglas Street) Normal route to St Vincent Street then at Hope Street, St Vincent Street, Douglas Street to terminus.

Service 77: (towards Partick) Normal route to Bath Street then Renfield Street, St Vincent Street, Douglas Street, Bath Street normal route.

Service 201 - South Circular Road Coatbridge South Bound.

To allow for resurfacing works on Sunday 24th November 08:00 until 20:00 South Circular Road South Bound will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 201 towards Petersburn.

Diverting via Bank Street at South Circular Roundabout, Sunnyside Road, Sunnyside Road, Dunbeth Road, South Circular Road, to circle the roundabout back onto South Circular Road and onto normal route.

No service to operate under West Canal Street bridge.

201, 226, 227, 255, 263, 267, N267, U1 - Union Street Hamilton South Bound

To allow for emergency Gas Works on Wednesday 13th November 09:30 until Wednesday 4th December Union Street Hamilton will be closed South Bound only.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Services 263 267 U1. towards Hamilton.

Normal route Burnbank Road at Almada Street, Almada Street, Muir Street, Palace Grounds, Blackswell Lane, Low Patrick Street, Duke Street, Brandon Street to Hamilton Bus Station.

Service 201 towards Hamilton.

Normal route Burnbank Road, Almada Street, Muir Street, Palace Grounds, Motherwell Road to normal route.

Service 226 towards Hamilton.

Normal route Burnbank Road, Almada Street, Muir Street, Palace Grounds, Blackswell Lane, Low Patrick Street, Duke Street, Quarry Street to normal route.

Service 255 towards Hamilton.

Normal route Bothwell Road, Muir Street, Palace Grounds, Blackswell Lane, Low Patrick Street, Duke Street, Brandon Street to Hamilton Bus Station.

Service 227 towards Hamilton.

Normal route Douglas Street, Almada Street, Muir Street, Palace Grounds, Blackswell Lane, Low Patrick Street, Duke Street, Brandon Street, Brandon Street to Hamilton Bus Station.

Service N267 towards Hamilton.

Normal route Burnbank Road, Almada Street, Muir Street, Palace Grounds, Blackswell Lane, Low Patrick Street, Duke Street, Quarry Street normal route.

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 34 towards Castlemilk.

Diverting via Castlemilk Drive at Ardencraig Road, Ardencraig Road,  Ardencraig loop and normal route.

Service 34 towards Battlefield.

Diverting via Ardencraig Road at Castlemilk Drive, Ardencraig Road Round Loop, Castlemilk Drive and normal route.

To allow for Filming in City Centre on Sunday 17th November 03:00 until Monday 18th November 05:00 several streets will be closed. 

The following diversions will be in operation:

Service X8 & 500 towards Buchanan Bus Station via normal route M8 Bothwell Street off slip then left Pitt Street, right West George Street, left Hope Street, right Renfrew Street Killermont Street normal route.

Service 500 & X8 towards M8 via normal route St Vincent Street and continue St Vincent Street, left Newton Street to on slip M8 normal route.
 

Renfrew Street closure - Services 3,18, 77, N18, N240, N267

To allow for road works on Monday 18th November until Monday 25th November Renfrew Street will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Services 3, 18, 77 towards Renfrew Street.

Diverting via Sauchiehall Street at Rose Street, Blythswood Street, West Regent Street then:

Service 3 & 18 Renfield Street then onto normal route.

Service 77 Hope Street, Renfrew Street then onto normal route.

Service N18, N240 & N267 towards Renfrew Street.

Diveting via Sauchiehall Street at Rose Street, Blythswood Street, West Regent Street, Hope Street, Renfrew Street, Renfield Street then onto normal route.

To allow for the Christmas light switch on event, George Square and surrounding roads will be closed.

Normal route to Renfield Street at West George Street continue Renfield Street, St Vincent Street, West Campbell Street & West George Street bus stand. 

Service 6A towards Drumchapel:
From West George Street via Hope Street to resume the normal route.

Service 18 towards Holland Street:
Normal route to London Road at Saltmarket, High Street, Castle Street, Cathedral Street, Cathedral Bridge & Bath Street.

Service 19 towards Easterhouse:
Normal route to West George Street, West Nile Street, Killermont Street, North Hanover Street & Cathedral Street.

Service 21 towards City Centre:
Normal route to Stockwell Street, Stockwell Place, Howard Street, Jamaica Street, Midland Street, Oswald Street, Hope Street & West George Street.

Service 21 towards Cathkin:
From West George Street via Renfield Street to continue the normal route.

Services 38/A/B/C/E & 57/A towards Cathedral Street:

Services 240,255 & 263 towards Buchanan Bus Station: 
 Normal route to London Road at Saltmarket to High Street, Castle Street, Cathedral Street &North Hanover Street.

Service 267 towards Buchanan Bus Station: 
Normal route to Stockwell Street, Stockwell Place, Howard Street, Jamaica Street, Midland Street, Oswald Street, Hope Street, Renfrew Street & Killermont Street. 

Service 500 towards Glasgow Airport:
From Buchanan Bus Station, Killermont Street, Renfrew Street, Renfield Street & St Vincent Street. 

Services 500 towards Buchanan Bus Station:
Normal route to Hope Street at West George Street continue Hope Street, Renfrew Street, Killermont Street & Buchanan Bus Station.

Service 398 Clockwise: 
From Gordon Street, Hope street, West George Street, West Nile Street, Killermont Street, North Hanover Street, Cathedral Street Bath Street, Renfield Street & Gordon Street.
 

Due to pavement works and a road closure, Canal Street is closed towards the Airport. 

From Tuesday 5th November, for approx. 2 weeks. 

Services affected: 77 
 

Diversions as follows, until further notice: 

Towards Glasgow Airport:
From Old Govan Road, Glasgow Road, High Street and Hairst Street to resume normal route.

The bus stop on High Street will be served. 

Works extended until the 18/11. 

To allow for major works on Monday 23rd September until Monday 18th November Northgate Road at Wallacewell roundabout will be closed both ways. 

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 57 towards Auchinairn.
Normal route Wallacewell Road at Northgate Road continue Wallacewell Road then 1st exit at roundabout onto Standburn Road continue to end of road then 1st exit at roundabout Auchinairn Road right Woodhill Road normal route.

Service 57 towards City.
Normal route Woodhill Road at Auchinairn Road, left Auchinairn Road, 2nd exit at mini roundabout onto Standburn Road, 2nd exit at roundabout onto Wallacewell Road and normal route.
 

To allow for Major Road works on Monday 23rd September until Monday 4th November Wallacewell Roundabout will be removed and road layout altered.

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 8 towards Parkhead.
Normal route Lamont Road at Wallacewell Road then left Wallacewell Road and immediate right onto Wallacewell Quadrant normal route.

Service 8 towards Partick.
Normal route Wallacewell Quadrant at Wallacewell Road then left Wallacewell Road and immediate right onto Lamont Road normal route.
 

To allow for Stage building for Christmas light switch on George Square South will be closed on Friday 8th Nov 16:00 until Tuesday 19th Nov.

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:

Services 6A, 41 & 500 towards St Vincent Place.                                               
Normal Route Montrose Street at Cochrane Street continue Montrose Street, right Ingram Street, right Queen Street, left St Vincent Place normal route.
