Hall Quay and South Quay will be closed on Monday 18th March 2024 to Tuesday 19th March 2024 to allow Norfolk County Council to carry out carriageway repairs. Overnight between 2000hrs and 0600hrs Services will be unable to use Hall Quay and Haven bridge after serving Market Gates, therefore all services will be diverted;
Services into Great Yarmouth from Gorleston will therefore need to divert from Haven Bridge left North Quay and then right Fullers Hill to access Market Gates
All buses from Market Gates will need to then go out via Regent Road, Regent Street, Howard Street and Market Place back to Fullers Hill and line of route for Caister/Norwich buses.
Gorleston and Lowestoft services will then need to divert via Breydon Bridge and Pasteur Road as you will have no access to go back over Haven Bridge.
Buses towards Gorleston should observe the temporary stop at the Matalan car park on Southtown Road.
We apologise for the inconvenience to your Journey.
