A47 Postwick-Great Yarmouth (7/X1)

From 18:30 each night, the B1332 will be closed at Kirstead and we will be on severe diversion as a result as shown on the map below. We will NOT be able to serve south of the Tesco Express roundabout in Poringland, nor Brooke, Kirstead or Woodton.

We apologise profusely for the impact on your service and the short notice of the notification, but we were told these works were not going ahead.

Cadent are starting a program of gas main renewals across Brundall in multiple phases, which will affect our bus services in various stages over the next couple of months.

The first phase of work will start on Blofield Road in Brundall, which will close from Monday 24th March to Friday 11th April.

During this time, our Green Line 15/15A services will not be able to serve Brundall. These services will operate directly from the A47 onto Yarmouth Road & into Blofield.
Green Line 16/16A services will continue to serve Brundall at the normal posted times.

Service 905 will pick up students from Cucumber Lane in Brundall only during this closure.

We apologise for any disruption this work, and the continuing gas main renewal project may cause to your journey - however this is out of our control as the local bus operator and we have no other alternatives.

The road has reopened early, and services are back on normal route.

Due to a new sewer connection being installed in Filby - the A1064 will be closed without any access for our bus services from Monday 24th March to Friday 28th March.

Service 7 will operate via the A149 through Rollesby & B1152 through Clippesby to join normal route - meaning that our buses won't be able to serve Filby or Fleggburgh.

We apologise for the inevitable disruption these works will cause to your journey, however these works are out of our control.

Due to National Highways work to decrease the speed limit between Postwick & Great Yarmouth, there will be evening closures between Monday 17th March & Friday 18th April between 20:00 & 06:00 each night.

Postwick to Acle - 17th March to 21st March:
Affected services will operate via South Walsham Road, Salhouse & Postwick Interchange in both directions. The regular stops in Acle will continue to be served.

Acle Straight - 17th March to 18th April:
Affected services will operate via Filby & Fleggburgh, apart from Monday 24th March to Friday 28th March - where they will be escorted through the closure due to sewer works in Filby.

We apologise for any inconvenience & delay this may cause to your journey.

From Monday 6th January 2025, the majority of stops at Market Gates will be suspended while work to convert the bus station to 2-way operation takes place. This work is expected to be completed by the May but works may take longer than planned.

There will be lane closures through Market Gates applying to all traffic, which will happen in phases.

This notice describes the initial position from 6th January until the end of service on Sunday 9th March.

Our services from Martham, Caister & Norwich only will allow passengers to alight at Market Gates. This stop will be to drop passengers off only, all boarding passengers must continue to use the temporary stops as detailed below.
