• UPDATED 11/03/2025: The emergency road closure of Gunson Gate has been extended from 06/03/2025 to 12/03/2025.

Gunson Gate, Chelmsford is closed for emergency roadworks from Thursday 6th March 2025 to Wednesday12th March 2025.

Due to the location of the road closure, the C5 service will not serve Gunson Gate line of route. Instead, the C5 will operate all journeys via Baddow Road/Beehive Lane line of route - via Van Diemans Road, Baddow Road, Beehive Lane and Loftin Way.

Due to acts of vandalism on Broadstone Way, services are diverted.
