EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH TIDES AT WEST MERSEA
On Sunday 2nd October between 04:00hrs and 16:00hrs (or earlier dependent on finish time) a number of streets in Glasgow city centre and the west/south side of Glasgow will be closed for the Great Scottish Run.
Below is a list of services divert and their respective nearest bus stops within the City Centre.
As a result of the completion of the redevelopment of St Stephens Street, being carried out as part of the Transforming Cities scheme, bus stands in the city centre will change from Tuesday 4th October 2022.
The process of reopening St Stephens Street will take place over a number of days as various essential tasks are carried out prior to bus stops being fully opened to passengers. Although potentially subject to change at short notice, the arrangements planned for this process are as follows:
Monday 3rd October
Westbury Hill in Westbury on Trym will be closed to service 1 from 08:30 on Monday 20th November and will remain fully closed until 16:30 on Monday 4th December to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 1 will operate normal route as far as the roundabout in Westbury Village then turn around at the Cenotaph roundabout back down Canford Lane and left into Falcondale Road to resume normal route at the junction of Westbury Hill.
Service 1 heading towards Cribbs Causeway will operate the reverse of the above.
Great Scottish Run 2022
On Saturday 1st October between 04:00hrs and 16:00hrs (or earlier dependent on finish time) a number of streets in Glasgow city centre and the west/south side of Glasgow will be closed for the Great Scottish Run.
