We're creating a simpler, easier to understand network in South Essex from 31st May 2026.

We're making it easier to get around by simplifying travel on key corridors into Southend and Basildon. These changes are designed to create a clearer, more consistent service, helping you plan your journeys with confidence.

Temporary Stop Closure, Route 5. Golden Bowler, Stubbington Lane, Stubbington.
0700 Monday 27th April until 1600 Saturday 23rd May.

Due to road works, the above stop will be closed between the date shown.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary stop provided by the works contractors.
This closure will only affect the stop towards Lee on Solent and Gosport.

Services X1 & X11

Traffic delays at Bracondale towards Norwich, delays up to 25 minutes on service X1 and X11.

Service X11

Due to operation issue, Service X11 will not be able to depart Belton at 08:25. Service should resume at 09:08 Market Gates.

Service 1

The 10:20, Service 1 Parade to Ladymead road is not running due to operation issue.

Service 54

The incident has now cleared so Service 54 is now operating although up to 45 mins late in both directions. 

Due to an incident blocking the road, the 06:55 54 Service is stuck at Wrantage to Yeovil. Service will be running very late when the car is recovered.

Service 1 Winterton Winmer Avenue Closed

Winterton Winmer Avenue is closed between 09:00 to 15:00 (the green) please use the main road to board and drop.

Service X1 | Acle to Blofield closed

Acle to Blofield is closed to Service X1 between 20:00 to 06:00 each night till 06:00 Friday 24th April 2026 morning.

The service will divert via South Walsham, Salhouse in both directions.

Service X11 & 3B Belton Station Road South Closure

Station Road South closed, Services X11 and 3B Belton will carry onto New Road, Bracon Rd (wait time) then back on normal route.

Stand N at Halifax bus station has been suspended due to an auto door fault.

All services that use departure Stand N at Halifax will be using Stand K.
