Service 4, 4F, 5, 16, 16A, 19, 19A | Kirkgate | Disruption

Kirkgate is closed due to an unsafe building, services are diverting as follows:

Service 48 | Constable Road | Disruption

Constable Road has badly parked cars and snow in available passing areas.

To avoid buses meeting, service 48 will continue on Blackstock Road to Norton Avenue and return via Raeburn Road to the terminus.

Service 18 | Hollythorpe Rise | Weather Disruption

Due to remaining snow on Holly Thorpe Rise, service 18 to omit the area and remain on Lees Hall Avenue.

Berechurch Road, Colchester is closed for roadworks. The permit's end date is: 14 Jan 23:59 GMT.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 50 and 50B services will divert in both directions via Mersea Road and Berechurch Hall Road.

The following bus stop(s) will not be served in both directions:

• Chariot Drive
• Gymnasium
• Maypole Green

*Update added 13/01/2026* The diversion route for the X20 and 320 services has been amended. This diversion route has been slightly amended and will no longer divert in both directions via East Street and Saint Peters Road.

*Update added 12/01/2026* A diversion notice has been added for the 570 service. This diversion route has since been amended.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 46 service will divert in both directions via Dukes Lane, Birds Green, School Lane and Dunmow Road.

Emergency closure of Heathcote Road in Longton via Greendock Street, Edensor Road, A50 bypass.

From current reports, it is likely that this closure will be in place until 12th January.
