From Monday 21st October until Friday 13th December Windmill Hill will be closed between the hours on 19:00 and 06:00.

As there is no suitable diversion, we will be diverting the buses via the A50 to Meir Park and back down the A50 to Meir Broadway.

There will be no 36a service on Sandon Road during these dates

Wood Street, Chelmsford is closed for overnight roadworks from Thursday 21st November to Saturday 23rd November 2024.

The road will be closed from 20:00hrs each night and will re-open from 06:00hrs each morning:

Cort Crescent closed between Gallards Hill & Hockley Farm Rd on the 20th of November, between the times of 09:30-14:00.

18/19 services to operate the following diversion: Via Hinckley Rd, Gooding Ave, Braunstone Ave, Hallam Crescent to normal route - in both directions.

Witham Christmas Fayre returns on Saturday 30th November 2024. 

Newland Street, Witham will be closed to traffic from 13:00hrs to 20:00hrs.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 71 and 371 services will divert, in both directions, via Collingwood Road (B1018), Chipping Hill/Powers Hall End, Spa Road/Highfields Road and Spinks Lane and Hatfield Road. 

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

From 5th January 2025, Following on customer feedback received from the September service changes, we're making changes to help keep buses to run on time and improve the service o0n the 38 & 39 in Kidsgrove

Services 7/7a – minor timetable changes to timing points

Service 21 – Changes are being made to the Monday to Friday timetable.  There will be no changes to the Saturday or Sunday timetable.  

To allow for resurfacing on Wednesday 20th November 20:00 until Thursday 21st November 06:00 A726 Queensway East Bound will be closed.

During the closure, all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 6 towards Calderwood:
Normal route Queensway at West Mains Road and take 1st exit onto West Mains Road 2nd exit at roundabout West Mains Road 2nd exit at roundabout West Mains Road 3rd exit at roundabout onto Churchill Avenue to East Kilbride Bus Station normal route.

To allow for motorway works M8 J26-22 East Bound will be closed.

19th November, 20:00 until  20th November, 06:00.

Duntreath Avenue is currently closed due to an ongoing road incident which is impacting service routing, the following diversion is in place until further notice:

Service 1C (towards Drumchapel):

Normal route to Polnoon Avenue then Alderman Road, Lincoln Avenue, Great Western Road, Slip Road for Drumchapel, Duntreath Avenue back onto the normal route.
