Temporary Route Diversion, Routes X4 and X5 Pound Road, Bursledon.
EXTENDED TO THE 13th November 2024
Due to road works in Pound Road, routes X4 and X5 will divert via Portsmouth Road in both directions.
Passengers are advised to use the alternative stops at either:
The Plough or Jurd Way, Lowford.
Nightingale Road in QA Hospital will be closed between 6am and 12:30pm on Saturday 26th October. Service 7 and 8 will not be able to served the Hospital during this time and will divert via QA Steps. Services 2 & 3 in QA Hospital are unaffected. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Diverting via Southwick Hill Road, London Road, Spur Road roundabout, Southampton Road, Pasteur Road, to finish and start at the North Bound Bus Stop.

**UPDATED** From Friday 8th November.
Due to the Christmas Markets in the Bargate area, routes X4 and X5 will be diverted from Southampton Central Station, and will depart from Houndswell Park on Hanover Buildings or the old Debenhams stop in Queensway.
Due to the Warsash Remembrance Service and Parade, route X5 will be diverted via:
Church Road, Osborne Road, Pitchponds Road, and Newtown Road in both directions.
Services 18, 97, 98
Due to road traffic collision on Middlewood Road, services 18, 97 and98 are diverting out of Hillsborough Bus Station vis Langsett Road, Bamforth Street, Penistone Road.
Update: this road has now cleared and services have returned to normal.
Service 254
Gowkhall Avenue is blocked by a badly parked lorry - services are diverting via Newhouse roundbout and returning to Newarhill High Street.
We are unable to service Top Scheme.
