West Bawtry Road will be closed in one direction between Canklow roundabout & Moorgate Road.

207 services are diverting between Canklow Bridge & Rotherham General Hospital via Centenary Way, Ickles roundabout,  Sheffield Road, Old Sheffield Road, Alma Road, Moorgate Road, Rotherham General Hospital (not serving Whiston).

Dowsett Lane, South Hanningfield is closed for roadworks from 09/03/2026 to 10/03/2026.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 13A / 13B will divert in both directions via Hawkswood Road [13B], Crowsheath Lane and Downham Road

The Green, Writtle is closed for overnight roadworks from 10/03/2026 to 13/03/2026.

Due to emergency works at tiree crs please divert as follows. normal route to Westwood road continue Westwood road. circle the roundabout and take any lay over time at the first bus stop.

The A120 is closed for overnight roadworks between Great Dunmow and Braintree.

*Update added 11/03/2026* The roadworks have been completed - the X20 will therefore not divert in both directions via the B1256 - and will operate to normal line of route.

The A120 is closed for overnight roadworks between Bradwell and Coggeshall from 20:00hrs on 11 Mar to 06:00hrs on 12 Mar.

Due to the location of the roadworks - the X20 will divert in both directions via the A12, B1389, B1018 and A120.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

• *Update added 17/03/2026* Salisbury Avenue has re-opened -  56 / 57 / 1A / 75 will no longer be required to divert via Beaconsfield Avenue.
