Coggeshall Road, Braintree is closed for roadworks from 08:00hrs 22/04/2026 to 06:00hrs 23/04/2026.
Due to the location of the road closure - the 70 / 370 services will be placed on diversion:

Towards Chelmsford: Normal line of route. All bus stops served.
Towards Halstead: The 70 will divert via Pierrefitte Way, High Street, St Michael's Road, Fairfield Road, Manor Road, Victoria Street and Railway Street.
Services 41/41A/X41 - Diversion
Broad Street, Bungay will be closed from 18.45 pm tonight.
All departures leaving Norwich after 17.55 pm tonight will be diverted via Flixton.
Services 41/41A/X41 terminating in Bungay will operate the Bardolph Road loop in the opposite direction to normal and then serve all stops on their way to Street Mary's (Bungay town centre)
The only exception to this will be the 18.25 pm X41 service from City to Halesworth (Last bus to Halesworth) –
Service X11 - Cancelled
Due to a breakdown the X11 service at 10.30 am will not operate.

Due to Unannounced Yorkshire Water works on the Common at the junction of Mill Road, Ecclesfield have the potential to create significant traffic congestion in the area.
Services remain on normal route but may be regulated.

Due to Access issues turning from Trafford Way into West Street, Services 371, 372 & 472 are to operate via Trafford Way, Cleveland Street, St Sepulchre Gate West then resuming route when turning left onto St James Bridge.

Due to badly packed cars on Tranmoor Lane services 381 and 382 will divert as follows:
381 :- Parkway roundabout, Nutwell lane then normal route.
382 :- is the reverse of the above.

High Street, Southminster has been unexpectantly closed.
The 31 / 331 / 332 / 333 is diverting in both directions via via Southfield Way until further notice.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:
Service 51 and 54 Diversion - Larkhill and Thorne Lane , Yeovil
Service 51 - On diversion from end of Stourton Way down Western Avenue and Preston Road. Not serving Thorne Lane and the whole of Larkhill.
Service 54 - On diversion from Coppitts Hill roundabout, Ilchester Rd, Stiby Road to junction with Larkhill, Preston Road then the normal route at Fiveways Roundabout .
We will be unable to serve Thorne Lane, Top of Larkhill, Wessex Road, Coronation Avenue - this is the same on reverse.
