Chappel Road, Great Tey is currently closed for emergency roadworks (approximate dates = Wednesday 4th October to Tuesday 11th October 2023).
Services 82 / 82A will divert via Tollgate roundabout and the A1124 in both directions.
Services 82 / 82A will be unable to serve bus stops in Stanway, Copford, Marks Tey, Great Tey and on Swan Street - Chappel Hill and The Street.

There is a planned weekend road closure taking place, between the hours of 21:00 and 05:00, Friday 6th October to Monday 9th October 2023.
The A12 will be subject to a road closure between Junction 25 (Marks Tey) and Junction 26 (Stanway).
There will likely be heavy congestion in and around the local area which will cause delays to the X20 services.
For the duration of the roadworks, early morning and late evening/night X20 journeys will come off the A12 at Junction 25 (Marks Tey) and continue route via London Road through Copford.
East Road, West Mersea will be closed Thursday 12th October to Monday 16th October 2023 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00.
Service 86 will divert via Colchester Road (in both directions) returning to normal line of route on Kingsland Road (Underwoods Garage bus stop).
For the duration of the road closure the following bus stops will not be served (in both directions):
Station Road, Earls Colne will be closed on Saturday 14th October 2023 between the hours of 09:45 and 16:45.
Services 82/82A/82B, travelling towards Colne Engaine, will turnaround in De Vere Road and wait/resume normal service at Atlas Road bus stop (at registered timetabled time).
For the duration of the road closure the following bus stops will not be served (in both directions):
From Tuesday the 10th of October to Wednesday the 11th of October, there will be closures along Cliff Road and Narrowcliff Road in Newquay between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00.
This will affect the U1, U1A and 91 services.
During these hours, buses will be diverting as follows:
Holburn Street will be one way heading north (citybound) between Hardgate and Willowbank Road each night between 19:00 and 06:00

Service 11,11A Heading to Countesswells/Woodend
From Terminus:
The closure of Milton Road scheduled tonight, Wednesday 4th October has been cancelled due the works being completed ahead of schedule, with no further closures planned.
Services 6 & 7 will operate as normal.

The A120, between Marks Farm Roundabout, Braintree and Marks Tey will be closed overnight from Monday 9th October 2023 to Friday 19th January 2024.
The road will be closed between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 - Monday to Friday only.
Service X20 will be permitted through the road closure.
However, please note. there may be slight delays to service as the bus will be required to wait for an operative to escort them through the closure.
