On Monday 23rd October Commercial Road North (Y) (Near McDonalds) and Cromwell Rd (X) will be closed for the day between 09:30 and 15:30 for road works. Due to the location of these stops, no temporary stop will be used. Please use an alternative stop. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
On Saturday the 2nd of December, Penryn Christmas light will be taking place between the hours of 18:00 and 20:00. This will affect the U1, U1A, U2, U4 and U4X services from West End Close/Railway Station to the Bowling Club.
Buses will be diverting along Browns Hill and Commercial Road in both directions for the duration of this closure.

Temporary diversion of Service 3.
Road Closure. Hill Road, Portchester.
Thursday 26th October from 1900 – 0600 for one night only.
Due to overnight road closure at Hill Road Portchester, route 3 will be diverted after Allaway Avenue Shops.
Via: Allaway Avenue and Southampton Road, Watersedge (A27)to Portchester Precinct.

Rayleigh High Street will be closed overnight, from its junction with Crown Hill to its junction with Great Wheatley Road

Route 25 and 26 is now operating a normal service from today, 20.10.23, with no current diversions in place.

Stokes Bay Road Route X5
Friday 13th until Wednesday 25th October.
Due to emergency gas works closing part of Jellicoe Avenue, route X5 will be diverting via Western Way and Gomer Lane in both directions.
Passengers are advised to use an alternative stop.

Change of stop at Temple Meads Station - service 72
From Sunday 15th October 2023, service 72 (Temple Meads - UWE Frenchay) will use stop T6 at Temple Meads Station, rather than stop T5. This is to allow double decker buses to be used on the service, to increase capacity following customer demand.
Stop T6 is the lower stop on the approach ramp, currently used by services 74 and A1.
Stop T5 is the higher stop under the low canopy. Service 8 will continue to use this stop.
