Due to essential carriageway works Monday 31st Aug 22:00 until 2nd Sep 04:00 Union Street will be closed.
During the closure, the following diversions will be in operation:
Service 2 to Baillieston via normal route to West George Street, Wellington Street, Argyle Street, normal route
Service 3 to Govan via normal route, Renfield Street, St Vincent Street, Wellington Street, Argyle Street, Jamaica Street, normal route
Due to the closure of Quay Street, Fareham, the above routes will divert via Wester Way, Passengers are advised to use Fareham Bus Station s an alternative stop.
Service 500 | M8 junction 28 West Bound off slip
To allow for Motorway works on Tuesday 1st Sep 20:00 until Wednesday 2nd Sept 06:00, the M8 Junction 28 westbound off-slip will be closed to Glasgow Airport.
During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:
To Glasgow Airport via M8, St James interchange, the normal route.
Service 77 | M8 Junction 27 on slip Westbound at Renfrew Road
To allow for works on Tuesday 1st Sep until Wednesday 2nd Sep the M8 Junction 27 on-slip westbound will be closed towards Glasgow Airport between 20:00 and 06:00.
During the closure, the following diversion will be in place:
To Glasgow Airport via Renfrew Road, Weir Street, Old Sneddon Street, Love Street, Inchinnan Road, Sanderling Road, Glasgow Airport access road to the normal route.
Service 77 | M8 J27 Eastbound Off Slip
To allow for barrier repairs, from Tuesday 1st Sep 2026 until Wednesday 2nd Sep 2026 between 20:00 and 06:00 each night, M8 J27 Eastbound off slip will be closed.
During the closure the following diversion will be in operation:
To Buchanan Bus Station via White Cart Road, Sanderling Road, Inchinnan Road, Love Street, Carlisle Street, Niddry Street, Renfrew Road, M8 followed by the normal route.

Inbound services to divert as follows:
328 & 363 via Willow Lane, St Johns Road, Ring Road, proceeding to Huddersfield Bus Station.
X63 via Fartown Bar, Spaines Road, Birkby Hall Road, Wheathouse Road, Blacker Road North, Edgerton Road, New North Road, Castlegate, Trinity Street, proceeding to Huddersfield Bus Station.
Coggeshall Road/Rayne Road, Braintree will be closed for roadworks from 09/09/2026 to 11/09/2026.
