Service 579 Quarry Hill

Due to roadworks blocking the road on Quarry Hill, the bus is diverting up through Sowerby New Road. This only impacts outbound services.

Due to Stoke Road closure in Poringland we will be unable to serve Caister St Edmunds and Stoke Holy Cross between the above dates. 

We will divert  from Trowse to Arminghall Lane, Norwich Road picking up normal route at The Railway Tavern.

Service 207 | Whiston high street (School Service)

Whiston High Street has been closed by unannounced Northan PowerGrid works

Due to this closure services cannot operate normal service route.

Therefore, services will be starting on Greystones Road missing Moorhouse road completely.

Update 08:10 The road has now re-opened. Services are starting to return to normal, but with delays.

Rupert Street Bristol has been closed by the emergency services from 07:00 this morning 22nd May.

Services 1, 2 & 2a towards Cribbs Causeway or Brentry will divert after crossing Bristol Bridge via Baldwin Street, Marsh Street, through Broad Quay and resume normal route from The Centre bus stop C7. Union Street bus stop B12 will be missed out - please use Bristol Bridge stop R9 or The Centre stop C7 instead.

Service B1 Westonzoyland 

Due to road works still closing the road at Westonzoyland Road, the B1 will temporarily be diverting from Parkway road on to the A39, Westonzoyland Road and Broadway will not be served.

Service 86 | Pepper Road Closure

Pepper Road will be closed form 21/05/2-026 to 27/11/2026 24/7.

Due to works on Whit Hart Lane, the road will be closed between 08:00-18:00 please be diverting via: 

Towards Portsmouth

Whiteladies Road (Bottom of) will be fully closed between 20:00 – 06:00 Monday 1st June and then each night until 06:00 Saturday 6th June.

Services traveling North towards Black Boy Hill will use the diversion of Queens Road, at the
roundabout with St Pauls Road take the 2nd exit right resuming route by turning left at Whiteladies Road.

Services 76,76e Merton Lane

Due to Roadworks on Merton Lane, services to Meadowhall will divert via Newman Road.

Services to town are operating the normal route.
