⚠️ INDUSTRIAL ACTION - FRIDAY 9 AUGUST TO MONDAY 12 AUGUST 2024 ⚠️

During this time, the Exmoor Coaster plans to run depending on driver availability, while the Atlantic Coaster will not operate. Please check before travelling.

We apologise for the disruption.

On Saturday the 10th of August, Falmouth Walking Carnival will be taking place between the hours of 18:00 and 20:30.

This will affect the U1, U1A, U2 and U4 service.

During this time, buses will be terminating and beginning their services at The Dracaena Centre

Due to emergency gas works, Woodlands Road is closed to 4,4a services 

Services will be diverted as follows: 

Services 4 4A towards City:

Normal route Eldon Street at roundabout, exit onto Woodlands Road, Park Road, Great Western Road, West Graham Street, Charing Cross and Sauchiehall Street to resume normal route.

Sandon Road, Basildon will be closed for roadworks from Monday 12th August to Tuesday 13th August 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure - Service 22 will divert, in both directions, via High Road, Clay Hill Road and Timberlog Lane.

The following bus stops will not be served (in both directions):

• Sandon Road
• Lynestede
• Winged Horse
• Beech Road
• Linford Drive

The B1018 roundabout - at junction of Scott's Hill, David Fisher Way and Southfield Way will be closed for overnight roadworks from Thursday 8th August to Saturday 10th August 2024. The roundabout is to be closed each day from 20:00hrs to 05:00 the next morning.

Due to the location of the road closure - Service 31 will be placed on diversion:

Towards Burnham-on-Crouch

*Passengers for Southminster High Street - stay on service to Burnham-on-Crouch - return journeys (towards Chelmsford) will serve Southminster High Street bus stop.*

Across these dates, there may be disruptions to Adventures by Bus and Buses of Somerset services. We're planning to deploy available staff on routes 21, 22, 25, 28, 54, 58/58A, CR4, and the Exmoor Coaster.

Unfortunately, no services are guaranteed, and this schedule depends on expected driver availability. All services may be subject to change, so please check before travelling.

We expect Truro Park & Ride (PR1 / PR1A) to be the only registered bus service operating a full timetable as normal. However, no services are guaranteed. Please check for the latest updates before travel as schedules may change or be canceled last minute.

We plan to deploy any available staff on a modified U1/U1A service between Falmouth and Newquay, focusing on early morning and late services for hospital staff. Again, no services are guaranteed—check for updates before travelling.
