On the road to a sustainable Leeds
- We're introducing 22 new zero emission double-decker buses into the Leeds network. Adding to the 57 we already have, meaning we have 79 in our fleet.
- These vehicles will save over 50,000 tons of carbon emissions over their lifetime
- We have installed solar panels at 20 depots including Hunslet Park in Leeds generating more than 2 million kWh of renewable energy a year, equivalent to the energy required to power 700 family homes
