328, 363, 549, X63 - Diversion

Thornton Road bottom between Godwin Street and Grattan Road. Ongoing traffic congestion with queuing traffic causing significant delays in the afternoon Peak. In order to reduce the impact to those Services affected there will be a diversion set Monday - Friday from 14:30 to 18:30 each day.

Chestnut Avenue closed. 

To Whinmoor stay on Victoria Road, right Woodhouse Lane.

To Moor Grange via Moorland Road, right, Hyde Park Road, left, Headingley Lane, left, Victoria Road to own route.
 

Cross Green Lane Closed - Monday 25th –  Friday 29th November

The service will divert via Cross Green Lane, Easy Road temporary stop, Park Parade, East Park Road onto normal route.

Due to a burst water main on Morris Lane, Service 50,50A will divert:

50 in both directions: Kirkstall Hill, Kirkstall Lane, Abbey Road, Abbey Walk, Morris Lane.

50A in both directions: Kirkstall Hill, Kirkstall Lane, Abbey Road, Abbey Walk, Morris Lane.

Monday 25th November – Friday 20th December 08.00 – 15.00

Due to road works on Lea Farm Road on top of an already closed Morris Lane, Service AG50 will divert via Kirkstall Hill, Kirkstall Lane, Abbey Road, Hawksworth Road, onto Butcher Hill to Abbey Grange School.

328 towards Bradley Alandale Road Top: Omitting St George’s Square and operating via Market Street and Westgate to ring road.

363 towards Bradford interchange: Omitting St George’s Square and operating via Market Street and Westgate to ring road.

549 in both directions: Omitting St George’s Square and operating via Market Street and Westgate to ring road. 

X63 towards Bradford Interchange: Omitting St George’s Square and operating via Market Street and Westgate to ring road.

Service 306 - Close Hill Lane closure

Huddersfield bound: Normal route to Farehill Road then onto Birch Road, Newsome Road South Castle Avenue, Close Hill Lane, Blagden Lane and then normal route.

Stainbeck Avenue Closed - Tue 12th to 25th November 2024

The service is diverting via Tongue Ln, Parkside Rd, Stonegate Rd.

All services that use the Town Hall will divert via the ring road until further notice. The following services are also impacted via the following:

328 Service (towards Balmoral Avenue): Services will be unable to serve St. George's Square and are operating via Market Street & Westgate up to the ring road back onto the normal route.

363 Service (towards Huddersfield): Services will be unable to serve St. George's Square.

549 Service (towards Halifax): Services will be unable to serve St. George's Square.

X63 Service (towards Huddersfield): Services will be unable to serve St. George's Square.

Due to a burst water main on Morris Lane, services 50,50A will divert as follows: 

To Horsforth via Kirkstall Hill, Kirkstall Lane, Abbey Road,right, Abbey Walk, Morris Lane. 

To Seacroft Bus Station via above in reverse.

Works estimated to be in place until 20th December.
