  1. The Promoter's address is as follows: First West Yorkshire, Hunslet Park Depot, Donisthorpe Street, Leeds, LS10 1PL.
  2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  3. The prize of a signed Leeds Rhinos netball match ball will need to be collected from Hunslet Park Depot.
  4. The prize draw will run from 1:30pm on Friday 26th April to Friday 3rd May, ending at 4pm.
  5. This promotion is only open to those that have followed the instructions on the @FirstWestYorks Twitter and Facebook page post referencing the prize draw.
  6. The winner will be notified via DM the next working day after the end of the prize draw. A working day consists of Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. 
  7. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by responding to the DM. If the winner does not accept the prize or if the winner does not respond within one week from the original DM, the prize will then be redrawn and offered to another entrant.
  8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and does not have an equivalent cash value.
  9. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used only by First Bus or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw. First Bus is compliant with the relevant Data Protection Laws which are in force at the time and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.   10. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this prize draw in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants.
  12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, and where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms prior to any closing date specified.
