Instructions to redeem your mTicket code:

1. DOWNLOAD the First Bus App from your app store.

2. HEAD TO the ‘mTickets’ tab, then ‘Buy’ and select your area as ‘Leeds’. Your weekly ticket must be redeemed in the Leeds section of the app, regardless of your location. The ticket will still be valid across all of West Yorkshire.

3. CHOOSE the 'FirstWeek Adult' ticket.

4. SIGN IN to your account or ‘Create account’ if you haven’t previously.

5. CLICK ‘Add a voucher or promo code’.

6. ENTER your code and click ‘Apply code’ - this takes you back to the previous screen, where the ‘Total’ should now be zero.

7. CLICK 'Get your free ticket’ and your mTicket will be issued in ‘Wallet’.

8. ACTIVATE your mTicket in your wallet when ready to travel*

9. SCAN your mTicket as you board the bus.

*Please note, some tickets have an expiration time after they have been activated (e.g. 5 minutes), therefore please ensure you only activate once you are ready to use.
