Burton Road - 8
Due to Burton Road being closed at Rutland Road due to road resurfacing, services are currently diverting as follows:
Inbound (8) services:
Diverting via Penistone Road, Shalesmoor and Derek Dooley Way back to Nursery Street onto the normal route.
Outbound services to Ecclesfield are running as normal.
Diverting until further notice.
47/48 - Gregg House Road
47 & 48 Services - Gregg House Road
Gregg house Road has been closed for roadworks.
Services are required to divert via Nethershire Lane until further notice.
305 - Blyth Road
305 services - Blyth Road
Due to the closure of Blyth Road, the 305 services will be unable to serve Harworth. This is expected until 12th November.
**NOW OPEN** 305 - Belmont Avenue
***NOW OPEN - Services have resumed their usual routes***
305 - Belmont Avenue
Due to road works at Belmont Avenue, the 305 services are diverted via Carr View Avenue until further notice.
18/A, X1,X2 services - Brightside lane closure
Due to SCC roadworks, Brightside lane has been closed between Forgemasters and Weedon Street in one direction.
Services affected: 18, 18a, X1 & X2
Diversions as follows, until further notice:
Outbound X1 & X2:
Diversion via Hawke Street, Attercliffe Common & X3 route to Meadowhall.
INBOUND 18 & 18a:
Diversion via Holywell Road & Jenkin Road.
Services toward Forgemaster from Meadowhall are unaffected.
Information on one.network suggests works may be completed by 4th November.
Ryton Road - 216, X5
Service X5, 216 – Ryton Road 28 October – 3 November AT ALL TIMES
- Due to Ryton Road being closed in both directions between the Railway Bridge and Anston Brook Primary school Services to divert from Saxon Hotel via Kiveton Lane, Todwick Road and Church Lane
- Both Directions
- Unfortunately during these works we are unable to Serve North and south Anston.
Shuttle service in operation from 29/10/24
To limit disruption during these works, we will be operating a FREE shuttle service between Dinnington and Kiveton Park (Redhill)
From Dinnington, it will operate via Littlefields Rd, Chruch Lane, New Road, Nursery Rd to The Cutler, then left onto Woodsetts Rd through Woodsetts to the Gateford roundabout.
Then along the A57 to the traffic lights at South Anston. From here it will run via Ryton Rd, South Anston, Sheffield Rd, Crowgate, Dog Kennels Lane, Redhill to Kiveton Park, Trinity Rd.
Buses will run approx. hourly during the day, see timetable below.
272 - Hope Footbridge
Due to works on Hope footbridge, double-decker vehicles are currently unable to pass safely.
Services affected: 272
Single-decker vehicles will be used on route 272, until further notice.
One.network suggests the works will be completed by 15th November.
Minor timetable changes from 3 November
From Sunday 3 November, we will be introducing some minor timetable changes across Rotherham, Doncaster and Sheffield.

Services 387 & 481
Due to works, Field Road in Thorne will be closed.
The following diversion will be in place:
Outbound: Normal route to Thorne Market. Operating the 387a route around the South Common to resume the normal route on King Edward Road.
Inbound: Normal route to the junction of St. Nicholas Road, left onto St. Nicholas Road, right onto Church Street and left to the normal route.
Field Road - 387, 481
Due to water pipe renewal work Field Road in Thorne will be closed.
OUTBOUND :- Diverting via Thorne Market, Operate the 387a route around the South Common, on King Edward Road.
INBOUND :- Diverting via St. Nicholas Road, St. Nicholas Road, Church Street.
