THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED 15.09.22

On Saturday 17 September a carnival parade will take place in Gosport town Centre.
The carnival parade will be between 12:30 and 13:15 alone South Street, Creek Road and Stoke Road. During this time all buses in and out of Gosport bus station will divert via Forton Road and Mumby Road in both directions.
Service E1 and E2 will not be able to serve Anns Hill, Hospital, Gordon Road or Stoke road during this time.
Services 9,9A and X5 will not be able to serve the Hospital or Stoke Road during this time.

Road works will take place in Gladys Avenue from the 19 September. They intend to re surface the whole road over a period  of three weeks ending 7 October. These work will be in place Monday to Friday only.
Service 12 will divert away from this area via Stamshaw Road and Rudmore roundabout missing out North End and Gladys Avenue in both directions..

From Saturday 10 September, Service 22B which operates to Birstall on Saturdays will now accept Centrebus weekly tickets.  All tickets must be shown to the driver upon boarding the bus.

Bus operator First West of England announced service changes designed to balance customer demand with available resource to deliver reliable services for its customers into the future. The changes are a result of changing post-pandemic demand which has seen passenger numbers fall by 25 per cent compared to pre-Covid figures. The effects of this have been further impacted by acute driver shortages in the region.

Service 4 Mearns Road Closure.

Due to Scottish Water works on Thursday 17th November until Sunday 11th December Mearns Road will be closed.

Service 4 will divert towards Newton Mearns/Broomhill

Via Busby Road, Eaglesham Road, Waterfoot Road, Broom Road East.

From Sunday 25 September, we're making changes to most of our services following an in-depth review of our network.

New timetables can be viewed here 

Frequencies given are for Monday to Friday daytimes.  We've listed the main changes below, but for most services there will be changes to early morning/evening journeys - please check your timetable before travelling.

Due to ongoing punctuality issues caused by congestion arising from multiple sets of roadworks and ongoing and upcoming road closures within Great Yarmouth & Gorleston, we will be introducing temporary timetables on services within this area from Monday 12th September 2022.
