The roads that will be closed are Birch House Road and Holly Road.

The services are diverting via Crackley Bank.   

The Green in Cheadle will be closed on Tuesday, 20th January, until Wednesday, 21st January.

Diversion information to be updated once received 

On Friday, 23rd January, Crown Street in Stone will be closed between the hours of 09:30 and 14:30.

This will only affect buses heading from Stafford to Hanley. The diversion will be along the A34.

Due to emergency road closed, services cannot turn onto Corporation street after 19:00.

Service 21, 30 will operate via St Marry Street  picking up normal route but missing out Parade and Primark stops.

28 service will operate via Tangiar missing out stop on the bridge.

Due to disruption on the A82 Bowling towards Glasgow, traffic is diverting through Bowling.

Disruption expected for services.

Muir St Motherwell - 242/254

Due to disruption on Muir Street, the following diversion is in place:

201 towards Petersburn -

Hamilton Road, West Hamilton Street, Menteith Road, 1st exit on the roundabout Menteith Road, 2nd exit on the roundabout Hope Street, 2nd exit on the roundabout Muir Street normal route.

Service 254/ 242 towards Newarthill / Holytown -

West Hamilton Street, Hamilton Road, Menteith Road, Merry Street and the normal route.

This service is also diverting due to temp lights on Parkway North restricting access to Norwich Road, service is using Parkway South and Exeter Road to resume service at Coventry Grove

On Sunday 25th January 2025 a second 350 tonne transformer required for the Hornsea 3 off-shore wind farm will be transported on the A47 from the port at Kings Lynn to the A140 junction at Norwich and then to Swardeston.
