Service 316 and x2

Services will not be serving Broadway, Pearwood Cresent or Millwood road due to badly parked cars and vans, a bus is currently stuck there.

Due to excessive late running times around Parkgate Services are to omit Parkgate / Mangham Road.

From Sunday 11 January 2026, minor timetable changes will be introduced to Services 21 and 21A.

With highway works at Dunball now complete, temporary additional running time has been removed from the timetable to better reflect current traffic conditions and improve reliability.

Please note:

Northern Road is now back OPEN.

There is currently an on going Police incident on northern bridge heading northbound.

Until further notice all services 2,3,7,8 please use Western Road and Southampton Road and pick up normal route at QA hospital.

Temporary four-way traffic lights have been installed on Winstree Road, Colchester and are causing excessive delays in and around the area. The permit's end date is: 17/12/2025.

To retain route punctuality the 52 service will be placed on diversion between 07:00 - 10:00 and 13:30 - 19:00.

The 52 service will divert in both directions via London Road, Villa Road, Chapel Road, Wheatfield Road and Winstree Road.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions: 

Mill Road

To allow for bridge repair works, from Wednesday 24th December until Saturday 27th December between 22:00 and 06:00 each night, this stop will be out of use.

The Street, Roxwell is closed for roadworks 13/12/2025 - 19/12/2025.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 46 service will divert in both directions via Boyton Cross and Boyton Cross Lane.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

• The Hare (located on Vicarage Road)
• Green Lane
• Village Hall
• St Michael's Drive

Due to an RTC on Bradford Road in Pudsey, the above services are diverting via Bradford Road, Stanningley By-pass & Richardshaw Lane in both directions.

Cleared as of 12:25 - services have returned to their normal route.

This is a directional road closure - and will impact the morning journey ONLY.

Fyfield Road, Chipping Ongar is closed for roadworks 16/12/2025 - 18/12/2025.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 46 service will divert in both directions via Dukes Lane, Birds Green, School Lane and Dunmow Road.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:
