On Thursday December 15th 2022,
From 19:00 > 23:00,
Weymouth Avenue in Dorchester will be temporarily closed
in order to allow Wessex Water to fix a damaged manhole cover.
Outbound diversion route:
Bus takes normal route to Queens Avenue bus stop.
Temporary Stop Closure.
Seamead (Northbound only)
Route X5
12th to the 16th December.
Due to road works, the stop at Seamead northbound will be closed.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary bus stop supplied by the contractor for the duration of the works.
Due to ongoing traffic issues on Wigginton Road there will be route diversions for HSB Service between the hours of 09:00 - 17:45.
Diversion route:
Normal route to Crichton Avenue Bridge, then left onto Wigginton Road, using the stop immediately on the left as a terminus. Then Clifton Moorgate, Water Lane, normal route onto Rawcliffe Drive.
Stops not served:
Hospital, Wigginton Road.
Additional stops:
Wigginton Road carpark.

On Sunday 11th December 2022, Dorchester will be holding its Annual Christmas Cracker Event.
From: 08:00hrs > 18:00hrs.
Therefore, we are unable to serve the following bus stops:
Trinity Street, Top 'O' Town, The Museum or Acland Road.

The new m4 metrobus service route between Cribbs Causeway and Bristol will run from January 2023, First West of England has confirmed.
First West of England - who are operating the new service - have announced details of the m4 which will join the m2 and m3, which started operating in 2018, and the m1, which launched in 2019.
January 2023 service changes
There will be changes to services 19, 70, 73, m1, m2, m3/m3x and Y6 in Bristol from Sunday 22nd January 2023. New metrobus service m4 will start operating from this date.
Service 104
Manningtree Light Festival 17th December 2022 15:00hrs - 21:00hrs
Due to road the closure the 104 service will be diverted during this event.
Diversion towards Harwich - After leaving Lawford Road bus stop, 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Long Road, continue ahead into New Road, at end of the road turn right and return to line of route.
Diversion towards Colchester - the same diversion in reverse
Mearns Road
To allow for resurfacing works, on Monday 12th December and Friday 16th December Mearns Road at Kinnaird Avenue will close.
During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:
Service 4 towards Newton Mearns/Broomhill
