Baddow Road, Chelmsford is closed for overnight roadworks from Tuesday 29th July to Friday 1st August 2025.

The road will be closed from 20:00hrs each evening and will re-open from 05:00hrs each morning.

Due to the location of the road closure - the C7, 31 and 336 services will be placed on diversion:

Silverthorne Lane in St Phillips will be closed overnight to service 16 between 20:00 and 08:00 on Sunday 13th July to facilitate carriageway works

Service 16 will be diverted via Avonvale Road, Barton Hill Road and Days Road in both directions.

This closure will only apply to the early Monday morning journeys in both directions.

Due to heavy traffic in Swansea, the above services will be diverting via Fabian Way Park and Ride going to Swansea for the remainder of the evening.

Common Road, Dunnington is closed, during village fair event.

Saturday 5th July, 1330-1730

Diversions via A1079

Newlands Grove J/O Northowram Green, Northowram.

Emergency works taking place on the junction and services are currently unable to make the turn.

Services affected: 681

Diversions as follows, until further notice: 
Services are diverted via Bradford Road, Northowram, in both directions. 

Due to a burst water main, Bonkle Road is closed towards Shotts. 

Service affected: 266

Service 266 will divert towards Shotts only, until works are completed.

Parkway, Chelmsford is closed for overnight roadworks from Monday 21st July to Wednesday 23rd July 2025.

The road will be closed from 21:00hrs each evening and will re-open from 05:00hrs each morning.
