Due to emergency gas works, Angel Road has been closed at the junction of Rosebery Road until Tuesday 1st October.

Thorne Road will be closed at the junction with Wentworth Road.

Beaumont Leys Lane has been closed with the junction of Parker Drive and Halifax Drive and is expected to remain closed until Friday 23rd August. Services will divert as below:

Outbound via Abbey Park Road, Abbey Lane, Red Hill Circle, Red Hill Way, Halifax Drive & Marwood Road to continue normal route. 

Inbound via Marwood Road, Halifax Drive, Red Hill Way to Red Hill Circle & Abbey Lane to continue normal route toward City Centre.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Tower Hill Road in Brown Lees will be closed from 19th - 23rd August.

Services will be diverting via Lyneside Road in both directions.

To allow for emergency water works on Monday 19th August Strathaven Road, Eddlewood will be closed until works are completed.

During the closure, all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 229 towards Eddlewood

How Hill will be closed from 00:01 Wednesday 21st to 23:59 Thursday 22nd August for Two days to facilitate carriageway works.

Service 5 will divert Via, A36 Bristol Road, Pennyquick, Whiteway, Newton Road, Watery Lane, Poolemead, Wedgewood Road, Kelston View, The Hollow resuming normal route at Haycombe Drive,

Service 5 will then divert from Shaws Way onto Newton Road, Whiteway, Pennyquick and A36 Bristol Road towards the City centre.

Service 1,1a on diversion in Wiggington due to roadworks between 0930-1530.  Buses will divert via  Westfield Road,Greenshaw Lane and Westfield Lane and using Black Horse as the terminus. Mill Lane terminus and Walmer Carr will not be served during this time.
