Ambrose Avenue will be closed from Wednesday 16th August until Friday 18th August 2023. During this time, all stops in Ambrose Avenue will not be served.
UPDATE - 12:45 Friday 5th January - Due to the bad weather the overnight works have been extended into next week and therefore the road will be closed again between 19:00 and 01:00 from Monday 8th through to Friday 12th January. The road will be open this weekend as normal. There is a possibility (weather permitting) that the works will be completed before then and if so this web page will be updated to reflect this.

Service 1 runs between Gunwharf, Portsmouth City Centre, Eastney and South Parade Pier. Service 1 stops and picks up along Goldsmith Avenue.
Bristol Road, Winterbourne, between Hambrook Junction and Worrells Lane will be closed overnight to services Y1 & Y2 between 21:00 Friday 5th and 08:00 on Saturday 6th April (one night) to facilitate carriageway works.
Services Y1 and Y2 will be diverted via Filton Road, Stoke Gifford Bypass, Greystoke Way and Beacons Lane in both directions

Service 20 from Hillhead to City Centre
From Seaton:
• 2nd exit at the roundabout onto King Street
• continue along King Street
• right onto Mounthooly Way and resume normal route
Service 20 heading from City Centre to Hillhead
• Normal route
Road work are taking place outside Crookhorn College during the summer holidays. The stop southbound will be closed between the 7th August and the 21st August. Please use an alternative stop during these works. There will NOT be road works here during term time. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during these works.
Service X30
Crown Hill & Station Road (Rayleigh) will be closed on Monday 7th August to Saturday 12th August 2023 between the hours of19:00hrs to 05:00hrs and Eastwood Road will be closed from 3rd August to 12th August 2023 between 20:00hrs and 05:00hrs.
The two diversions have been combined below.
OVERNIGHT road works will take place on Unicorn Road between the 16 &18 August 8pm to 5am. These works are northbound only and affect services 3,7 & 8. The only bus stop affected is the 3,7 & 8 stops in Commercial Road South heading out of the City. All services will use the bus stop opposite (in the opposite direction). The buses will then divert up Station Road, Arundel Street and Holbrook Road, it will then pick up it's route at Commercial Road North. Please signal to your driver your intention to travel.
Marwood Road is due to close from Saturday 12 August, until Saturday 26 August. During the closure service 54 will need to divert via Red Hill Way & Halifax Drive in both directions.
Please be aware that the bus stops along Marwood Road will not be served.

Woodgate is due to close inbound from Thursday 10 August until Tuesday 15 August. During the closure, services 14,14A towards the City Centre will need to divert via Blackbird Road, Ravensbridge Drive & Abbey Street.
Buses heading towards New Parks will operate as normal.
