The Witham Street Entertainment Festival returns on Saturday 21st September 2024. 

Newland Street, Witham will be partially closed between 09:30 and 15:30 whilst the event takes place.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 71 and 371 services will divert in both directions via The Grove and Maldon Road.

The A120, between Bishops Stortford and Braintree will be closed for works, on a nightly basis, from Thursday 12th September 2024 to Sunday 15th September 2024 - from 21:00hrs each night to 05:00hrs the next morning.

Due to the location of the roadworks the X20 service will divert in both directions via the A120, the B1018, the B1389 and the A12.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

There is an emergency closure on Broomhill Road from Anderson Drive to Broomhill Activity Park from 08:00 on 10 September until 18:00 on 13 September.

Service 2/2S will divert via Broomhill Road, Anderson Drive, Garthdee Road, turn at Robert Gordon University and onto Garthdee Road.

Service 1 will divert via Robert Gordon University, Garthdee Road, Anderson Drive, Broomhill Road.

 Police Closure on Abbeydale/Chippenhouse Road Junction, Services will be diverted as follows:

Service 97,98: 
Via London Road, Chesterfield Road and Woodseats Road to resume normal Route on Abbeydale Road

St Peter's Avenue in Sowerby Bridge is closed due to the Rush Bearing Festival taking place between 10:30 and 12:30 today.

579 services are currently diverted via Sowerby New Road in both directions

Thorne road will be closed between the Junction with Kings Road and Auckland Road until 18:00 today.

Services towards Intake, will operate as Normal to Hall Gate, then via South Parade, Bennethorpe, Leger Way, Town Moor, Sandringham road to pick up normal route.

Services towards Bentley will operate the reverse of above.

Thorne road will be closed between the Junction with Kings Road and Auckland Road until 18:00 today.

Outbound Services will operate via East Laith Gate, Market Road, Wheatley Hall Road Beckett Road Avenue Road, Thorne Road to resume normal route.

This will be in both directions.
