Service 82

Station Road (Colne Engaine) will be closed from Sunday 5th November until Friday 10th November between the hours of 09:30 – 15:30hrs.

Towards Colne Engaine:

Service 87 & 74b

Wivenhoe Road, Alresford will be closed from Monday 30th October until Friday 3rd November between the hours of 19:30 – 05:00hrs.

Service will divert via Frating with no stopping between Thorrington and Wivenhoe.

All stops on Tenpenny Hill , Colchester Main Road, Wivenhoe road (Alresford), Alresford Road and Rectory Road will not be served between 19:30 and 05:00hrs.

UPDATED 8 NOVEMBER
These works are now complete and buses are back on normal route.

UPDATED 2 NOVEMBER
Following on from the bus stop closure below, Service 1 is now on a diversion towards Southsea only. The diversion is :- Bransbury Park - Cromwell Road - St Georges Road & Eastern Parade and then back on normal route at Canoe Lake.

Service X30 

Rayleigh High Street Closure

26 - 27th October, 20:00 - 05:00

Diversion Route: 

Towards Southend: From Crown Hill, the bus will go left into the High Street, then Right into Websters Way, into Eastwood Road and back on the line of route.

4th - 5th November 2023

Broad Street Green Closure for Water Works

Diversion Route: 

The bus will serve the normal line of route to New Times Bull pub, then turn right and travel back to the mini roundabouts. The bus will then go to Kelvedon and onto the A12 until the Hatfield Peverel turnoff. The bus will then turn left into Maldon Road, then head toward Heybridge on the A414 , then re-join the normal line of route.
