Rowhedge Road, Colchester will be subject to a road closure for pipe repair from Monday 5th February to Wednesday 7th February 2024. Due to the location of the roadworks, Rowhedge will be inaccessible.
The S9 service will be placed on the following diversion:

Reason for amendment: the 175 morning and 174 afternoon journey (school days only) will partially serve Rectory Road.
Rowhedge Road, Colchester will be subject to a road closure for pipe repair from Monday 5th February to Wednesday 7th February 2024.
The 174/175 services will be placed on the following diversions*:
The 175 service towards Rowhedge will divert via Fingringhoe Road (south-bound) and will not serve bus stops on Rowhedge Road and Rectory Road.
Lower Kewstoke Road in Worle will be closed to the service 9 daily between 09:30 and 15:30 from Tuesday 30th January through to Friday 2nd February (four days) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 9 heading towards West Wick will operate normal route as far as the end of Milton Hill, then divert via Baytree Road, High Street and Ebdon Road to resume normal route at the roundabout on the Queensway.
Service 9 heading towards Weston will divert the reverse of the above.
