How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your First Unlimited subscription please contact us via our mTickets contact form »

Please provide your name, customer reference number, phone number and email address. You must give us at least ten working days’ notice of your intention to cancel your First Unlimited subscription agreement or you may be charged for the issuing of the subsequent month’s ticket.

Alternatively, you can contact your bank to cancel.
