M621 is closed 12th November - 16th November (20:00 - 06:00)

Towards City – Diverting via Top Moor Side, Domestic Street, Pleasant Street (Venus Supermarket), Stocks Hill, Right Nineveh Road, Jack Lane, Meadow Road then onto normal route

Towards Morley – Unaffected

42 Service - Lincoln Green Road closure

Lincoln Green Road is closed due a burst water main and Flooding, as a result, services are diverting.

Services affected: 42

Diversions as follows, until further notice:

Towards Old Farnley:
Beckett Street, Burmantofts Street, Marsh Lane, York Street, St Peters Street and Eastgate.

Towards Oakwood:
Eastgate, St Peters Street, York Street, Marsh Lane, Burmantofts Street and Beckett Street.

Duncan Street / New Market Street - 2, 3, 3A, 5, 5A, 12, 13, 13A, 22, 28, 74 & 75

Services 2 / 3 / 3A / 5 / 5A / 12 / 13 / 13A / 22 / 28 / 74 / 75

Services are diverted due to Duncan Street / New Market Street Road Resurfacing from the 11th - 15th of November.

Towards North Street:

Services 12 / 13 / 13A: Use Duncan Street Stop H then the normal route.

Services 2 / 3 / 3A: Normal route.

Towards Middleton / White Rose:

Services 12 / 13 / 13A / 47: Diverting via Newmarket Street, Duncan Street - Services will use Stop J

Services 2 / 3 / 3A: Services will use Stop I then Boar Lane, Mill Hill, Neville Street and Great Wilson Street to normal routes

Services 5 / 5A: Normal route - Services will use Stop A on New Market Street.

Towards City Square:

Services 5 / 5A: Diverting via York Street, Left Kikgate, High Court, (Temporary Stop) The Calls, Call Lane, Lower Briggate onto Boar Lane.

13th - 15th November:

Towards Halton Moor:

Services 5 / 5A: Normal route - Services will use Stop H on New Market Street.

Towards City Square:

Services 5 / 5A: Diverting via York Street, Left Kikgate, High Court, (Temporary Stop) The Calls, Call Lane, Lower Briggate onto Boar Lane. (Continue diversion from 11th - 13th of November)

Towards Headingley:

11th - 15th November:

Services 22 / 28: Diverting via Vicar Lane, Call Lane, Swinegate, Bishopgate Street and City Square.

Towards LBS:

11th - 13th November (end 04:00):

Services 22 / 28: Normal route using Stop A New Market St.

11th - 15th November (end 04:00:

Services 22 / 28: Normal route using Five Guys stop.

Towards Duncan Street:

Services 74 / 75: Divert via Crown Point Road, Left East Street, Kirkgate, High Court, (Temp Stop) The Calls, Call Lane, Lower Briggate and Boar Lane Stop O.

Leeds Road, Guiseley - 27, 33 & 34

Leeds Road, Guiseley is closed on the 11th November from 21:00 until 06:00 on the 12th November.

Services will be affected via the following diversions:

Towards Guiseley:

Service 33: Diversion via A65, Leeds Road then The Green (Terminating at Guiseley Baths)

Service 34: Diversion via Towngate, Oxford Road then Otley Road.

Service 27: Normal route.

Towards Leeds:

Service 27: Services starting from Guiseley Baths. Diverting via The Green, Towngate & Queensway.

Services 33 / 34: Normal routes. Passengers will be able to board from any stops along the diverted route.

Service 38 - Stainbeck Avenue

To allow for works at Stainbeck Avenue from 12th November until 25th November, the road will be closed and services will be diverted at all times.

Services towards Leeds are diverted via Tongue Lane, Parkside Road, Stonegate Road and then the 39 route.

Services towards Moor Allerton are unaffected.

Morris Lane - 50, 50A

Burst water main on Morris Lane, 50 & 50A is diverting.

The services are diverting via Kirkstall Hill, Kirkstall Lane, Abbey Road, Abbey Walk and Morris Lane in both directions.

Services 25/26 - Railway Road/Mayfield Road closure

Railway Road / Mayfield Road Closed

Sundays 3rd / 17th / 24th November 07.00 – 19.00

Valley Drive, continuing onto Little Lane, left A65 Leeds Road, left Brook Street, left Station Road.

(Both directions)

25 - Walkergate

Walkergate, Otley closed.

Monday 4th - Friday 8th 09.00 - 15.00

The diversion is via A659 and Crossgate to Otley Bus Station.

From Sunday 27th October, we're making a change to our FirstDay and TOTO tickets as well as changes to improve the reliability of our services operating in Leeds, Bradford and surrounding districts to help you get to where you need to be. Below is a summary of the changes for each area.

Please be aware that FirstDay and TOTO 'Day 1' tickets will increase in price from £4.75 to £5.00 on Sunday 27th October, to match the Metro West Yorkshire DaySaver price. TOTO 'Day 2' tickets will also increase from £9.50 to £10 on Sunday 27th October.

612/613/614	Removal of stop at Five Lane Ends Morrisons after 21:00. Minor retime to Sunday services.
622/626	Revised timetable to improve punctuality and reliability - all days.
633	Monday to Saturday early morning and early evening trips retimed to better coordinate with TLC Travel journeys.
640/641	Removal of the stop at Five Lane Ends Morrisons after 21:00.
X6	Additional stop added in Bradford city centre at Little Germany X.

Leeds:

Services	Changes
15	Frequency reduced from every 30 minutes to every 60 minutes before 07:00 and after 18:00 - Monday to Friday.
42	Revised timetable to improve punctuality and reliability - all days.
56	Revised timetable to improve punctuality and reliability - all days.
1/1B, 6, 8, N1, X84 Renumbered. See new service numbers and information below.
22/23/24	22 replaces the 1B. No longer runs to Beeston (covered by service 24). Service extends to and from Infirmary Street/Park Row and Leeds Bus Station. 23 replaces the 6. All timetables retimed with some earlier and later journeys. 24 replaces the 1/8/N1 (Beeston – City – Headingley – Holt Park). Runs 24 hours between City and Headingley. Improved frequency on weekends. These services have been renumbered to improve coordination with other services along the Headingley Line.
25/26	Two new services, numbered 25 and 26, will replace the X84 to improve coordination with our other services along the Headingley Line. Both routes will operate between Leeds, Otley and Ilkley, with service 25 running through Pool-in-Wharfedale. Timetables have been adjusted across all days, with earlier departures to enhance connectivity.
27	Retimed with some earlier journeys. Evening service reintroduced on Monday to Friday and Sunday. Route change at Guiseley to connect to service 33 at Guiseley Morrisons.
28	Rerouted in City via Leeds Railway Station. Retimed with some earlier and later journeys.
22/23/24/25/ 26/27/28	All services retimed for consistent headway between Albion Street and Headingley. With buses running: Every 3/4 mins Monday to Friday. Every 5 mins Saturday. Every 7/8 mins Sunday. Every 7/8 to 10 mins in the evening.
33/34	Timetable changes to improve punctuality and reliability. Service 33 will no longer run beyond Guiseley Morrisons at which point it will change to service 27. Sunday daytime service 34 reduced from 2 buses per hour to 1 bus per hour.

Bradford Interchange Closure

West Yorkshire Combined Authority has confirmed that Bradford Interchange will reopen on 5 January. We are now working to plan arrangements for the return of services to the bus station and full details will be made available as soon as this is completed. Please revisit this page to check for updates, alternatively, you can also visit Metro.
