Services 4 & 4A - Sinclair Drive

Due to an incident at Sinclair, services are required to divert until further notice.

Services are diverted via Grange Road, Battlefield Road & Holmlea Road in both directions. 

Services 1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E & X4 - Argyle Street at Newton Street, West Bound 

Due to works, Newton Street will be closed from 22:00 on 11th November until 06:00 12th November.

 Services will divert via Argyle Street, M8 Flyover, Newton Street, Broomilaw, North Street, and A814 Expressway.

**POSTPONED - Services are running usual routes**

To allow for resurfacing works on Ardencraig Road is closed at Castlemilk Drive.

Friday 8th November

Services affected: 5, 46, 75

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 5 towards Osborne Street:
From Ardencraig Road at Castlemilk Drive left Castlemilk Drive to resume normal route.

Service 46 & 75 towards Castlemilk:
From Castlemilk Drive at Ardencraig Road continue Castlemilk Drive, right Ardencraig Road to resume normal route.

Service 46 & 75 from Castlemilk:
From Ardencraig Road at Castlemilk Drive left Castlemilk Drive to resume normal route.

To allow for resurfacing works, James Street is closed.

From Friday 8th November until Saturday 9th November. 
 

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 65 towards Cambuslang:
From Kings Drive at James Street, Arcadia Street, London Road, Bus Gate, James Street and Mackeith Street to resume the normal route.

Service 65 towards Osborne Street:
From Main Street, Bus Gate, London Road, Arcadia Street and  Kings Drive to resume the normal route.

Due to road works the M80 J1 towards M8 West Bound is closed.

From Sunday 10th November 20:00 until Monday 11th November 06:00. 

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:

Normal route M80 J1 take off slip then Provan Road, Cumbernauld Road, Alexandra Parade, Castle Street and Cathedral Street to resume normal route.

To allow for road works, Rothes Drive is closed. 

on Sunday 10th November, between 07:30 and 17:00.

Services affected : 7, 7A, 8, 61.

During the closure all stops will be observed and diversions are as follows:

Services 7, 7A, 8, 61 towards Summerston:
Rothes Drive, Arrochar Street and Invershiel Road, to continue the normal route to terminus.

Services 7, 7A, 8, 61 from Summerston:
Depart terminus, Arrochar Street, Invershiel Road, Arrochar Street and Rothes Drive to resume normal route.

Waterloo Street & Newton Street on slips to M8 is closed to allow roadworks. 

8th November, between 20:00 and 06:00.

Services affected: 500

Diversions as follows: 

Towards Glasgow Airport:
Diversion via St Vincent Street, Renfield Street, Union Street, Jamaica Street, Glasgow Bridge, Bridge Street, Oxford Street, South Portland Street, Norfolk Street, Nelson Street, Morrison Street, Patterson Street, Wallace Street, Dalintober Street, M8 westbound on slip, and M8 to normal route.
 

Due to pavement works and a road closure, Canal Street is closed towards the Airport. 

From Tuesday 5th November, for approx. 2 weeks. 

Services affected: 77 
 

Diversions as follows, until further notice: 

Towards Glasgow Airport:
From Old Govan Road, Glasgow Road, High Street and Hairst Street to resume normal route.

The bus stop on High Street will be served. 

To allow for resurfacing works, New Street will be closed.

Monday 4th November until Monday 11th November. 

Services affected: 9 

During the closure, all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 9 towards Paisley:
Normal route Causeyside Street at New Street, Causeyside Street and through next main junction and right at Church onto Stow Brae and terminate at bus stand.

Service 9 towards City:
Depart bus Stand to end of Stow Brae then right Canal Street and Causeyside Street to normal route.

Service 240 - Old Edinburgh Road

To allow for ironwork replacement on Sunday 10th November at 06:00 until Monday 11th November at 06:00, Old Edinburgh Road east-bound will be closed.

Service 240 towards Motherwell: Diversion via Holmbrae Road, New Edinburgh Road, Spindlehowe Road and Old Edinburgh Road.
