From the 17th of May 2021, in England the capacity of our buses will be at some 80% of seated passengers which safely provides as much capacity as possible and is in line with the latest Government advice. This is possible due to new seating restrictions which will mean that every passenger is able to be seated in a forward-facing or side-facing position but the use of rear-facing seats will not be permitted.

If the bus has few passengers on board, we ask that you spread yourself out on the vehicle to give everyone as much space as possible.

Yes, and with operators and customers working together we will provide a bus network, that is safe and allows everyone to complete their journeys. In line with UK Government advice, we are continuing with the systematic daily deep cleaning of our vehicles and facilities and screens are fitted to all cabs, separating drivers from passengers. Drivers also have access to gloves and hand sanitiser and all staff are encouraged to wash their hands regularly.

The restriction on concessionary travel before 9.30am has now been restored, to ensure the maximum possible capacity is available for key workers and others who need to travel for work. 

Pass holders who have a pass due for renewal can renew online at wymetro.com
Those pass holders who cannot renew online may continue to use their expired pass until 28 June 2020.

Funding by local government in some areas has been provided to cover the costs of some services. This allows the bus company to not charge passengers. As yet, this has not happened in West Yorkshire.

The majority of our services are running and we have made changes to our services to better support key workers, and to help manage reduced capacity due to the social distancing measures we have in place following Government guidance. 

- For Monday to Friday travel please use the Monday to Friday timetable.

- For Saturday travel please use the Saturday timetable.

- For Sunday travel please use the Sunday timetable.
