Witham High Street will be closed for a Christmas Event 3rd December 2022 13:00hrs - 20:00hrs

The 371 and X71 service will be diverted during this closure:

Diversion towards Chelmsford - From Newland Street, right into Collingwood Road, at mini roundabout stay left to The Railway Pub, left at the mini roundabout and onto Chipping Hill, over the bridge and along Powers Hall End, at the roundabout 1st left onto Spa Road/Highfields Road, left into Spinks Lane at the traffic lights turn right into Hatfield Road and return to line of route.

Diversion towards Colchester - From Hatfield Road turn left into Spinks Lane, at the end turn right into Highfields Road/Spa Lane, at the roundabout 3 exit onto Powers Hall End, over the bridge and up Chipping Hill, at the mini roundabout right over the bridge, at mini roundabout bear right into Collingwood Road, at the end turn left into Newland Street and return to line of route.
