Hop on the X20 for a ride that’s comfy, affordable, and stress-free! Connecting Colchester, Coggeshall, Braintree, and Great Dunmow with Stansted, we’re running every day—yes, even late at night. And you’ll love the spacious, leather-seated comfort, plus room for all your bags, because let’s face it, you’ve probably packed more than you need!

On Sunday 25th February 2024, new overnight journeys commenced, operating seven days-a-week. New X20 journeys leave Colchester at 2325 and 0125, arriving in Stansted at 0037 and 0237, ideal for those using the first flights of the day. New journeys also leave Stansted at 0045 and 0245, perfect for those late night arrivals.

Our X20 service is included in the Government's £2 single fare promotion. Available to purchase on the First Bus App or on board from your driver (cash and contactless payments accepted).
