Colchester services

All Colchester services will be diverted around the town centre due to the closure of High Street, North Hill & East Hill on Thursday 22nd June between the hours of 09:30 and 14:00.  

Please note: all stops in Colchester town centre will not be served.

The following services will not call at their regular stops during these times.

S1 to Wivenhoe:   Passengers should board at Stanwell Street or Military Road

S2 to Stanway:   Passengers should board at Osborne Street or Crouch Street

S4 to Greenstead:   Passengers should board at Osborne Street or Town Railway Station

S8 to Monkwick:   Passengers should board at Osborne Street or Town Railway Station Roundabout

S9 to Rowhedge:   Passengers should board at Osborne Street or Military Road

Service 4 to Stanway: Passengers should board at Osborne Street or Crouch Street

Service 86 to Mersea Island: Passengers should board at Osborne Street or Military Road

Service 87 to Great Horkesley / North Station: Passengers should board at Osborne Street or Head Street

Services terminating in Osborne Street that usually travel via High Street or East Hill will divert via Southway or Magdalen Street into Osborne Street. This includes the following services: 

S3 to Osborne Street

S6 / S7 to High Street / Osborne Street

75 to Osborne Street

88/88A to Osborne Street

103/104 to Osborne Street

370 / X70 to Osborne Street

371 / X71 to Osborne Street

*These services will call only at Osborne Street and will not serve Head Street / East Hill.
