105, 7a, 38, 39, 43, 21, 23, 25 - Potteries diversions

Service 25 – Still on Diversion. Outbound via Stoke Road and Station Road and inbound via Leek Road and Litchfield Street. This will be in place until January.

Services 21,23 – Still on diversion outbound are currently using Stoke Road to the bottom under the railway bridge then Copland Street into Stoke. Inbound they are using Hartshill Road right onto Shelton Old Road then Stoke Road into Hanley.

Service 25 – Orme Road in Newcastle will be closed Monday 11th November until Friday 15th November. We will be diverting the buses via Higherland in both directions.

Services 103,38,39 – On Sunday 10th November 10:00 until 12:00 Swan Bank in Burslem will be closed for a Remembrance parade. Buses will be diverting via Pitt Street West, Newcastle Street and down the side of the Town Hall in both directions.

Service 103 - On Sunday 10th November 14:00 until 15:30 Lawton Road in Alsager will be closed for a Remembrance parade.

Service 7a – There is a planned closure of Park Lane and also St Johns Road in Biddulph on Monday 11th November until Friday 15th November. I have contested this as it cuts off the whole of Park Estate. Staffs Council have said that it will be one road closed at a time but they aren’t sure what dates at the moment.

Services 103,38,39,43 - On Sunday 10th November 10:00 until 12:00 Stafford Street and Albion Street will be closed for Remembrance Sunday. Buses will use Potteries Way in both directions.

Services 103,38,39 – On Sunday 10th November 10:00 until 12:00 there will be a parade heading along Liverpool Road in Kidsgrove. We will have to divert as and when it happens.

College Road is closed until further notice.

Services 21 and 23 will be impacted for the foreseeable future until closures have been resolved, the following diversions will be in place:

Outbound Services (to Stoke): 

Diverting via Stoke Road, Copland Street back to normal routing.

Inbound Services (to Hanley):

Diverting via Hartshill Road, Shelton Old Road and Stoke Road back to normal routing.

Services 38, X38

These services are expecting delaysfor the rest of this week at peak afternoon time due to roadworks on Newtown Road, outside the Royal Hospital.

Services 38, 39, 38A, 39A and 103 - Liverpool Road

Due to works on Liverpool Road in Kidsgrove, services are required to divert as follows: The Mount, Newchapel Road, and Gloucester Road in both directions until further notice. 

Regretfully, there will be no service between Aldi in Kidsgrove and Kidsgrove Town Hall. 

Service 11 & 11B - Bucknall Road

From 28th October until 8th November from 20:00 until 06:00 each night, parts of Bucknall Road will be closed to allow for works. 

On 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st October, Leek Road towards Werrington will be closed, and Bentilee towards Hanley will be open. Services will be diverted via Keelings Road, Cromer Road, through Abbey Hulton, and along Wooliscroft Road.

From 1st November onwards, Bentilee towards Hanley will be closed. Services will be diverted the reverse of the above. 

Services are unable to serve Werrington Road and the bottom of Dividy Road.

101 - Newcastle Road, Stone Closure

Newcastle Road, Stone will be closed for resurfacing works from 4th November until 8th November. 

Services will divert via the A34 in both directions. 

There will be no service along Newcastle Road, but services will still serve Stone. 

From Monday 30th September, College Road will be closed to the 25 services until further notice.
 

25 services to Keele will divert via Stoke Road and Station Road.

25 services to Hanley will be the same as it is currently via Leek Road.

Services are expected to be delayed for up to 14 weeks due to works in the area.
